2024.5 I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days on weekdays.To sum up my impressions in one word, I had the best experience.On the first day, you will receive a brief explanation of the accommodation, but after that, you are left alone, in a good way.Of course, if there's something you don't understand, I'll be happy to explain it to you.I received a lot of guidance from people who stayed here for a long time, such as how to use the Jigokukama.There are detailed information on the homepage, but my thoughts are:①The inn is truly Showa retro, where time has stood still. This atmosphere is perfect for those who are into it.②The food at the Jigokugama inn is so delicious.③ Indoor baths are 100% sourced from the source; large, small, and annex rock baths are available as much as you like.④There are several public baths around the inn that can be accessed within a few minutes walk. Moreover, it is free and cheap at ¥150.⑤ Beppu City's number one tourist attraction, "Hell Tour", is within walking distance⑥There is a supermarket (Marushoku) that procures ingredients for Jigokukadama cuisine within a few minutes walk.That’s allAs a matter of concern① Please be careful as the restrooms are unisex. There is a Western style, but there is no washlet.②There is no shower at the bathhouse③ Wi-Fi is unstable (in my room)Is it?

The worst! worst! This is the inn.At a spa to treat an injuryI stayed there for 7 nights and 8 days.Until the third day, I was enjoying the hot spring treatment except that I found cockroaches in the closet of my room and on my futon at night when I was sleeping.Day 4 After sightseeing in the city in the morning, I returned to the hotel at 2:00 pm and was relaxing when I went to my room.My husband (the person in charge?) came to visit.Feces fell in the hallway right next to the room.The communal toilet was soiled with feces and the bath was also contaminated.There was feces.Because you guys made it dirtyI'll be in trouble if you do something like that, so please stop!I decided to say it.I had a hard time understanding what was being said.Our family has no recollection of it at all.Actions after waking up, early in the morningI explained that I went sightseeing in the city.I was laughed at as the devil's proof and told that I would be in trouble anyway.Even though there was no solid evidence, I was suspected just because there was feces in the hallway near my room, and this is the first time in my life that I have felt so bad.Airplanes, cars, expensive transportation costsI just wanted to take a relaxing bath, but it was a waste of money.Good pointsHot spring water is goodlots of cooking utensilsClose to outdoor bathEasy to sightseeThere is free parkingGood locationBad pointsshared toiletNo washletThere are cockroaches in the room tooI can't sleep in peace.dark rooms and hallways

Like Futabaso, it is not possible to book a one-night stay for one person on weekends. It's natural that having multiple people in one room will make more profit than having one person in one room. The same goes for Daikokuya, which is OK on weekdays but not on weekends.
