The scores on Google and Booking are pretty good.So I didn’t notice that there was a bone pagoda next to it.Otherwise, I really don’t want to live in a place like this if I have children.A large room seems to be an advantageThe psychological relationship seems to have become a flawThe room is very big but there is no door to the toilet, only an ordinary door curtain blocking itTurn off the lights in the room at night and turn on the lights if someone is using the toilet. The toilet is a small room and the bathroom is a large room with separate dry and wet rooms.Because the bathtub is sealed, the large bathroom looks weird. It even makes people feel a little scaredThe specially designed mirror on the washbasin is also confusingBecause it’s a tatami, you can’t pull your luggage on it.The entrance is only about one square meter or even less than one square meter. It’s quite troublesome to unpack big luggage. The refrigerator uses an extension cord plug. It looks a bit old and makes people worry about whether there is a fire. The TV is very small and there is nothing to watch. The elevator is old and small, so be careful when closing the door quickly. The advantage is that communication within booking is OK in English.Able to communicate in English when checking inThere is a shared kitchen on the first floorThe rest area looks like a retro cafe, which is quite niceThe room looks dated but overall cleanFree parking lot for four small carsAnd it's a one-way street, so be careful. For large trucks, you can tell them first. There is a parking lot that can be reached within about five minutes on foot. There are free hot spring bathing tickets and attentive introductions in Chinese, English and Japanese.

The people at the hotel are very kind and enthusiastic. When I first arrived in Beppu, I found that my backpack was forgotten on the bus. I was very nervous. The people at the hotel also helped contact the bus company. By coincidence, the luggage was broken and the people at the hotel helped to deal with it. Old, thank you very much! In addition, the room is very spacious and there is a free hot spring, but it was too hot at that time and I didn’t use it 😂

I happened to find it on a budget guesthouse website and booked a female-only dormitory on Agoda for 2,500 yen.In conclusion, it was very good! The owner was also very friendly and warmly greeted me with a ``welcome home'' when I returned home. The common spaces such as the kitchen and sofa were also stylish. The room had three spacious bunk beds, and also had a bath and toilet.I made some foreign acquaintances and had a great time.

Enough for a normal stayIf you are looking for service, look for a place that is reasonably priced.Parking lot is smallYou can't use the bathtub, but you can use the shower, and you can get a free ticket to the local public bath, so I think going on an adventure will be an interesting experience.Free Wi-Fi available

Guesthouse stayed in June 2020Free parking available🅿 (advance reservation) Vehicle height 2m or lessBeware of one-way traffic. (Beppu has many one-way streets)Within walking distance from Beppu Station. On the street of Kaimonji Park, near Minami Mategahama Onsen.Stay in a dormitory (with key)[Indoor]Toilet, shower, refrigerator, air conditioner, bedside outlet, rack, locker with key, available【share】Elevator, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, water heater, instant coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc. There is a toothbrush at the front counter. You can get a bathing ticket for Minami Mategahama Onsen.【lending】Bath towel, towel, wash basin, shampoo, body soapIt was well-cleaned and cheap. There are many people from overseas, so I think it will be easier to communicate if you can speak English.Even if you can't speak, use your courage and gestures! wSince I was traveling by car, the parking lot was free, and the location was near Beppu Station, so I liked that it was within walking distance of Donki, restaurants, izakaya, and convenience stores. There are several hot springs used by locals, such as Jimosen (200-300 yen) and hotel drop-in hot springs (500 yen and up), so even if you just take a shower, you'll be in Beppu. You can enjoy the hot springs of ♨There is a supermarket inside the station, and Beppu Tower is also within walking distance. You'll be lucky if the parking lot is empty ☆

Stayed 4 nights in a 6 person dorm.First of all, it was convenient because there was a Don Quixote and a public parking lot within a 5-minute walk. The bedding was also comfortable. There is a refrigerator, air conditioner and locker in the room to store valuables. There is a shower, sink, and toilet in the room, but since they are separate spaces, three people can use them at the same time. The sink has tissues and a dryer. One large and small towel is provided free of charge each day, and a toothbrush set with toothpaste is also provided. There are also 4 parking spaces available, so they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. I was able to park for 2 nights during my 4 night stay. Wi-Fi is provided and the speed is said to be good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free coffee or tea and refrigerator and cooking utensils are available in the common area on the first floor. You can sit and use your laptop or eat, and there is also a classical guitar. I think they also rent umbrellas.Due to the nature of the dormitory, the experience may vary depending on the people staying with you, but I think everyone except Haru was good. I highly recommend this place.

There are petty thieves among the Westerners at the hotel.1 wasabi and 1 dried udon noodle that I bought the day before departure are gone. You damn sheepThere are many children coughing without wearing masks,“I’m not sick, I’m just coughing,” he said, flopping down on the sofa in the common lounge with his shoes on.There were a lot of sheep... They didn't even wash their feet and rested in their rooms, and since the floor was made of carpet, the smell permeated, so it was difficult for me to ventilate it every day.In comparison, Asians live quietly and cleanly, so they are relatively comfortable. The kitchen facilities are systematically and well maintained.Compared to nearby Sunline Beppu,Recommended. There isn't even a napkin there.

The location of the youth hostel is about 10 minutes' walk from the JR station. The transportation is convenient. The room is much larger than we expected. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel in Japan. It provides a medium-sized refrigerator. The public spaces, restaurants and halls are large and comfortable, and they are also neat and clean. The staff at the counter They are all very nice and happy to help us. The hostel also provides free hot spring rolls, and you can also borrow washbasins and bathroom supplies. Beppu Youth Hostel is the number one recommendation. You can consider staying here for a long time.
