From the moment we arrived, we were greeted politely, the staff were friendly, the room had a relaxing atmosphere with a view of the garden, it was clean, the surrounding area was quiet, and it was the most luxurious space. The dishes were all delicious, bringing out the flavors of the ingredients themselves, delivered in a timely manner, and the quantity was satisfying.I was happy that I had a wonderful time, but when I finished checking out of my room and was about to leave, I felt that things had gone too quickly. I had told them my departure time, but there was no one at the front desk, and the person who happened to notice happened to take care of it.The person who carried my luggage to the car also came out in a hurry. It was great up until the checkout, so I was a little disappointed that I had high expectations until the end.

My whole family stayed at Building 100 for my mother's birthday. We were staying with 6 people, and there were 3 bedrooms including a Japanese-style room, so it was spacious enough. Dinner and breakfast are of course served in your room, but there is a room in Building 100 where the wait staff will prepare your meal, so you can have your meal served at the perfect time. Mr. Kamenoi has stayed at Hotel 100 several times in the past, but this was his first time staying in Building 100, and it was a room he had always wanted to stay in. The food was delicious, and I was very satisfied by taking many baths and relaxing on the terrace while drinking the many local beers that were available.

First of all, I would like to thank them for maintaining and providing such facilities while the number of guests per day is limited.I was very satisfied with the wonderful location and the quality and taste of the facility, where every detail was taken care of.The staff also responded in a natural and pleasant manner. The food was not fancy, but rather had a good feel to it and was delicious. It's a feeling of satisfaction that you can't get at trendy foreign luxury hotels, and I think it's a ridiculously good value for money compared to the rest of the world.Satisfaction levels may vary depending on the sensibilities of the guests, but I think this is a facility that adults will enjoy. It was isolated from the hustle and bustle outside, and the bathroom was also very relaxing. I would love to visit you again. thank you very much.

I felt that it was a piggybacking price increase. It is somewhat understandable that various expenses are rising as prices are soaring, but with the yen's depreciation increasing inbound demand, I am confused as to why it is okay to raise prices this much.I think it's different from the previous Kamenoi Bessou, which had a taste and elegance.

A cake set is recommended for drinking dark roasted coffee. Gregorian chants are always playing in the BGM, allowing you to spend a relaxing time.

Hyakubankan is a solid thatched building with modern, functional, and spacious rooms. However, the service was a series of surprises (there were no taxis available, the alarm clock on the second floor rang in the middle of the night, there were no special benefits for Ikkyu, the manager's insincere response made me think it was no coincidence, etc.), and it cost 20 yen per night. This was unexpected for 10,000 yen. We want you to aim for first-class service.

When we arrived by car around 3 o'clock, three staff members were seeing off one car, and they didn't even pay attention to our car.The parking lot seemed to be full, so I was wondering what to do when I continued on. There was one car in the back corner, so I was able to park. One person finally came when it was time to go in the back. The person who was waving at them until they could no longer see the back of the car was probably someone much more important than the customer, but I don't understand why they didn't guide the arriving customers. I felt bad even before checking in.At night, I woke up to the sound of machinery coming from the garden. Even if I open the window, it's pitch black and I can't see anything.I was afraid to make phone calls late at night, and I gave up on moving to the dining room because there were three thick mats stacked on top of each other, so I ended up staying up from 12:30 to 4:30. When I talked to Mr. Nakai after breakfast, he only listened and didn't offer a word of apology, which made me very sad. I probably won't apologize because I don't know the cause, but I would have liked him to at least sympathize with me for not being able to sleep peacefully. I also said that I would check the questions on the receipt, but when I checked out, there was no response, so I had to ask the same question again. When it came to the mechanical noise, they took the attitude that if we didn't shake it up, they would just ignore it, and ended up explaining that they didn't know the cause. This is a poor job compared to when I made a small mistake at the inn I stayed at last month, and the manager came over to apologize politely and handed me his business card.As for the food, as the previous person said, it was very poor. There was nothing special about the food and it was cold by the time I ate it. At other inns, they cooked the rice in a hagama pot while you ate in your room, and arranged seasonal dishes to please the eye, but here it was a normal meal. The accommodation itself is good, but the service is 🟰I don't think people will go there anymore.

From March 23rd (Saturday), I stayed for one night at ``18th Building'', which was loved by my predecessor, Kanzaburo Nakamura. …
