a group of friends and I went during the 2024 ski season and in our whole time in japan this was the best hotel we stayed at. the staff were friendly, and patient with us. They were always happy to answer our questions and willing to teach us about local customs. I would highly recommend.

Upon arrival the hotel manager and his partner offered to give me and one of my travelers a lift to purchase new goods to help with the winter snow as well as take us to the local supermarket all without any hesitation, this along with the aid in acquiring snow gear to go to the local slope of Hakuba makes one of the most memorable memories in our trip. The overwhelming hospitality of the owners makes this hotel a much welcomed stay during out time in Japan

This is a wonderful accommodation in Hakuba, the room was large enough, very quite place and comfortable. the host are very nice and helpful, we tell him what we want to experience, he try his best to arrange and help us to achieve. We were enjoyed so much to stay here. The host can speak Japanese, English and Mandarin, fluently, so, no any communication barrier.We stay here for 2 nights, and have dinner there for 2 times, it’s good to have dinner here, we try local beef, pork, chicken and vegetable in this 2 days, so delicious.I will come back definitely in hiking season. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and help. We take many good photos and experiencing the snow-board. Love it.

The hotel owner is very friendly, and he can communicate in English, Japanese, and Chinese. The hotel location is also close to Hakuba Goryu Snow resort, around 7 min walking distance. The room is clean and warm, and there is a Japanese bath, which relieves our soreness after the snowboarding. If you want to visit this beautiful area, this hotel is highly recommended.

Absolutely one of the best ski hotels! Amazing, kind hosts with comfy rooms (beds!) great food and drinks in a very cozy atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer!!5 minute walk from Toomi slopes, lots of cool stuff around to explore. Looking forward to my going back sometime

Want a petite ski trip! It's totally fine to live hereThe service attitude is very good, breakfast and dinner are delicious😍Having dinner at the B&B is a great choice without having to go out and look for restaurants.Although the room feels a bit old, it's quite cozy and not scary to live in.The large bathhouse is also old ⋯ It’s usable 😅 It’s good to just rest and take a shower in the room!besides! The boss can speak Chinese, so you don’t have to worry about communication problems at all👍🏻

Had the best time of my life here. Short walking distance to Goryou Escal Plaza to hit the slopes. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted with our travel and meal plans around Hakuba. He was constantly making phone calls on our behalf to book taxis, make reservations and sort out all our snowboarding rentals/lessons.Definitely recommend this place for the novice and expert skiers.
