I stayed in a Western-style room. The advantage is that you can use the hot spring next door as much as you like on the day of check-in. The shared bath uses hot spring water. The disadvantages are that the refrigerator and toilet are shared, there is no shower in the guest room and the bath is shared and only 2 people can use it at the same time, you can't go out after 24:00 (I was told that you can't use the smoking area), and in the morning No matter how many times I called, I couldn't get through (there's cleaning staff, but the manager isn't there?). The cleaning was not very thorough, and it gave a minimal impression. There was a lot of dust under the bed.I think it's inconvenient if you don't have a car because there's nothing nearby.

September 2024I used it when sightseeing in Kiyosato. It is connected to the panoramic hot spring, and if you stay overnight, you can use it as many times as you like for free (during business hours). The indoor bath can be used 24 hours a day. It was a small bathtub with a capacity of only 2 people, but the hot water was quite nice.

Breakfast was delicious. The soba noodles at the restaurant were not good enough.

I'm a regular. I've been to hundreds of places across the country, but I have no complaints here. The smell of the bath in the accommodation building is the best, and it smells great when you open the window in the morning and look at Mt. Fuji.Price.Conscientious cancellation policy.Surrounding environment: From the Alps to Mt. Fuji and Yatsugatake, there are no complaints.Haramura, Suwa, Tateshina, Saku, Koumi, Kobuchizawa, Hokuto City, Kiyosato. Nirasaki, surrounded by wonderful land, you won't have anything to complain about at this price. If you're looking for good service, you'll have to raise the price by 3,000 yen or you'll go bankrupt. This is fine. It's really the best. I'm so tired, I think I should live here~

I stayed the night before to climb Mt. Kobu Shingatake. Walk straight down the road from the station and it will be on your left. The facilities are simple, but have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hot spring, Wifi, shared refrigerator, TV in private room, heating (no air conditioning), pot, towel, toothbrush, sofa. But there's no microwave. The room (twin) is spacious and has a closet. Although it is an old building, it is kept clean and I think the cost performance is quite good for this price and specifications. Day trip hot spring facilities require 100 yen coins for lockers and hair dryers. There is conditioner, shampoo, and body soap, but no lotion etc. Snacks are sold at the store. The restaurant was delicious. About 15 minutes walk to the convenience store. The staff are easy to talk to and kind. Tomorrow we will take the first train (0625) to the Kekidaira trailhead.

The facility is combined with a panoramic hot spring. Enter by 9:30 pm and have until 10 pm. The inside of the building and the rooms are cold, and the toilet and bath are separate, but it's reasonable so it can't be helped. The hot water in the indoor bath is quite good. It was hot at night, but lukewarm in the morning, so it was hard to warm up. There is also a restaurant, so it's good for solo travelers.

I went during the summer when it is extremely hot on the Pacific side. The room didn't have air conditioning, but it was nice to have a fan on. It feels expensive compared to business hotels in the city, but considering the location, I think it was a comfortable stay for the price.

If you plan on staying here and having dinner at the Panorama-no-Yu restaurant, it's best to check directly with Panorama-no-Yu to see if the restaurant is open a few hours before check-in. There was no coordination between the inn and Panorama-no-Yu, and at the time of check-in, the people at the inn were not informed that the restaurant was closed that day (although it seems it was a temporary closure). Naturally, the person I was planning to stay with was not contacted, so I came by train, checked in, and after taking a bath in the evening, I learned that it was a day off and ate all my dinner. The only place to get food is a convenience store 1.2km up a steep hill one way, so I'm stuck. The staff at Panorama no Yu don't feel sorry at all.
