The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious (I think it would have been better to eat dinner outside). There is also a large public bath and an indoor bath.

A simple business hotel that gets the job done! Clean and functional. Breakfast was alright as well. There are eateries around, and a 7-11, as well as bus stop for buses to Shirabidaira Ropeway Station. Would recommend for those heading Komagatake or Senjojiki Cirque

Thank you for your excellent response from the time of reservation to the time of check-in. The only room available was a smoking room, but it was well deodorized so it didn't really bother me. The smell was stronger in the hallway (I can't help it). There were a lot of insects on the window sills in the room and it was painful. It can't be helped that the room is old. The room was small, so the shampoo etc. in the bathroom were in a strange place. It's close to the interchange, and there are various convenience stores around the hotel.

Expensive considering the quality of the establishment and the location. The rooms are tiny and outdated, the bathroom is worthy of a trailer from the 70s 🤪. Some floors are smoking, the smell is perceptible even in non-smoking rooms. The hotel is located in a somewhat sad environment, in a town without much character. The only advantage is being near the gondola for mountain hikes. At least the service is very good, like almost everywhere in Japan.

I only used it once at another store half a year ago, so this is only my second time, so it's okay to explain, right? A slightly older woman asked me, and she immediately answered yes and omitted all explanations. There was no mention of the laundry floor in the elevator instructions, but when I asked about it, I was told that it was a public bath. Also, I was told that I needed a special key for the public bath, and was given one, but instead my room key was confiscated. Huh, can't you put it in your room for about an hour and a half until it's finished drying? Also, everyone is supposed to be able to use the public bath, but why wasn't this explained to me at check-in and I wasn't given a special card?I was confused. I don't want to ask this either because it seems a bit high-pressure to ask.I wonder how such a rough response is possible after using it for the second time. Also, is "Welcome back" an imitation of a super hotel? To be honest, I didn't feel welcomed at all, my voice was low, and I felt pressured. It's better not to say this. The young woman at the front desk had great customer service in the morning, and I left feeling relaxed at the end.Thank you for your help
