As per the reviews, the customer service is excellent. We were greeted by a large basket from the parking lot, and everyone from the front desk to the restaurant had great customer service. It was raining so we couldn't play in the dog run because it was smeared, and it was so small that there was no garden, so next time we might want to stay on the second floor for a more open feel. I ate a lot of dinner, but I couldn't miss the ramen for dinner, and I ate a lot of items from the breakfast buffet. The large public bath is not a hot spring and an open-air bath, but there are two outside, and it was close to the room, so I enjoyed entering it several times.

Even if you can put up with the entrance, the smell of animals and urine in the room is tough. There was a deodorant spray in the closet, and I sprinkled it around a lot, but it didn't go away and I felt like I was going to get sick. My place to escape is the public bath or private bath, and I end up going to the bath many times because I don't want to stay in my room. The food and the staff's response were very good, and I would have loved to come here just for the food, so the only thing I really regret is the smell.

I visited with my two beloved dogs. All the staff had nice smiles. Mr. Matsumoto's refreshing response both at the front desk and at dinner was impressive. thank you very much. I was worried about the dog barking, but the soundproofing was good and I was able to spend a comfortable time! The Western food in the evening and the buffet in the morning were both delicious♪ I would like to visit you again!

I don't want to give even one starI have used her more than 5 times, but this was my first visit in a long time since I am pregnant and have entered a stable period.Pregnant women can develop infections from raw meat, raw ham, raw fish, and cheese that can leave their babies with disabilities. Therefore, I asked in advance if the above items could be removed, and they agreed, so I stayed for two nights and three days with breakfast and dinner included.•On the first day, sashimi salmon was served instead of cheese → Isn't sashimi raw fish?•The first-day beef was said to be well-grilled, but the inside was bright red and raw.At this point, I told the receptionist that I would like to be careful for the second day after eating.but•On the second day, they served pasta with raw ham on top → When I told them, they just removed it and put raw green peppers on top. I think I should have replaced the whole pasta because the raw ham was also in contact with the pasta that touched the bottom.•Beefsteak on the second day? The inside was bright red and undercooked. The staff said it was cooked well, so I believed it and took a bite.As a result, I decided to consider whether to go to the hospital after my trip and have my blood drawn to check for toxoplasma infection. What will you do if the fetus is damaged? Also, if it's an allergy, it could be life-threatening, so I wonder how it feels to be unable to manage it as a food provider. If you can't do that, I think you should respond in good faith if you agreed to go out to eat.I'll never go again.

A family without a carThe location is good from both the station and Ginza, and if you request they will provide a shuttle bus to the station.Stress-free for bringing your dog alongRental bicycles also have hooks for dogs, and carts and gauges are also available for rent.It is also possible to put it in a gauge in your room and leave it at home.Dinner was delicious with a different repertoire every time even if we stayed for several nights. All rooms are dog-friendly, so it's quiet even though the only guests are Japanese.

A hot summer has arrived. So, to enjoy the summer in Shinshu, I drove to Lucien Old Karuizawa where I could stay with my dog. Surrounded by the old Karuizawa Forest, there is a dog run lined with wood chips and a bath exclusively for pets, making it perfect for dogs. The scene that makes the dog most happy is the sight of the meal...but before that, the dog was intent on taking a walk around the neighborhood, kicking up fallen leaves on Mampei Street and being absorbed in marking the dog.
