The customer service was good and the breakfast was delicious, but I felt uncomfortable seeing people getting irritated by the crowded elevators.

We stayed on the last Saturday of September.In conclusion, it was a ryokan that I am glad I stayed at.I went on a trip to Suwa to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and when I told her over the phone that I would like her to prepare a birthday cake for me, she kindly accepted.In addition to that, she received a small gift from the inn, and she was very happy to be able to stay here.The dinner and breakfast were perfect, and the staff were really nice.The inn, hot springs, and shops are fully equipped, so there was no problem, and the room was perfect.Thank you very much for your help.I will definitely stay here again when I come to Suwa.I found the best place on this trip.

As for other information, the thermometer in the dry sauna is 108℃😊I don’t do day-trip outpatient treatment 🙂

I went on a group trip, and the room was clean and the food was plentiful. It's not that it's particularly delicious, but it's a staple of kaiseki cuisine.The bath was well-cleaned, the sauna was hot, there was a cold bath, and there was also a medicinal herb bath, so it was well stocked.The highlight is the lobby, which is an elaborate lobby that you don't see these days. It's worth a look.It's about 250 meters from Lake Suwa, so it's perfect for a walk after taking a bath.If you come on your own, the food may be a little different, so I'd like to come again.

First time at Kamisuwa Onsen ♨️Hamanoyu is a highly recommended hot spring inn.2024/8 Thank you for taking care of me during my trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi and visiting Suwa four shrines.My wife is a vegan, so I asked if this was possible when making the reservation. I was happy to receive an email the next day informing me that I could be accommodated. I would like to thank you very much as there is no place that can help you.Upon arrival, you will find a luxurious lobby. I was given detailed guidance.I chose the room as a bed room, but it has a simple interior design that makes me feel calm. The view is very good. We saw the sunset and fireworks.The hot springs are colorless and odorless, making them easy to bathe in, and the baths are clean and neat. Since it is a hot spring resort in the city, there is no view from the open-air bath, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.Dinner was delicious and the quantity was just right for us.There are smoking areas outside the entrance as well as indoors for your convenience.As for breakfast, there were a lot of staff members there to keep an eye on me, so I didn't have any inconveniences, and it was humbling.It is charming that the breakfast venue is a large banquet hall where you could also hold a reception during the bubble period.Everyone from the front desk to the people in charge of meals to the people in charge of the store were all smiling and wonderful.Thanks to all of you, it was a fulfilling vacation.Thank you for your kind email even after I returned to Tokyo.Thank you very much for your help and for the inconvenience. I will visit you again.
