It was a lapislazuli room, but there were no curtains on the windows, so when I slept on the bed, the ceiling lights and the air from the air conditioner hit my face, and when I turned over, the wooden bed frame made …

[Updated] This is a small but hidden hotel located quietly in the depths of Mt. Asama⛰️ in Karuizawa. I often go to the Prince side of the Asama area, but I almost never go to this side.Enter Shiraito Highland Way from Mikasa Street 🚘️Since we rented it out this time, we were able to see all the rooms. The interior and interior of the hotel have a luxurious feel, and the guest rooms are very atmospheric, with each room having its own natural stone name and a different concept. The largest room can accommodate 7 people. It's a medium-sized hotel, so the number of guests is limited, but I think that's a good thing 👍️The restaurant 🍴, where the surrounding greenery 🌿 shines brightly inside, also has a bar counter 🍸️. There is a small library on the second floor where you can relax and read books in a quiet environment. There is also an open-air bath😌♨️.There is no doubt that it will be the most relaxing stay. We recommend that you use it once if you have the opportunity.

Thank you for staying with us for one night on July 13, 2024. The atmosphere and interior of the hotel are wonderful, allowing you to spend a relaxing time. The food was different from the food you would find at a typical inn or pension, and was elaborate, like a full course French meal. The staff's customer service was friendly and polite, and I had a comfortable stay. If I ever come to Karuizawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This time we visited as a family of six (one infant) to celebrate my father's birthday. Even before our stay, Ancien Hotel responded to our inquiries by email in a very courteous manner. …

For just under 100,000 yen per night for two people, each room had its own concept and we were able to have a relaxing and comfortable experience. You can also enjoy the free-flowing hot springs, which is highly rated. The food is reasonably impressive, not for drinkers. The staff seems to be busy during the busy season, so come when they're free.I would like to come back and enjoy the changing seasons and choosing a room.

This time, I used it with my elderly mother. Recently, Karuizawa has become very crowded with tourists, but this place is tucked away in a quiet forest and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. …
