Very spacious and comfortable room. Clean and new, too.Staffs are very helpful with our requests. Breakfast is mediocre, but dinner was good and delicious.Hotel is nearby the gorge. Elsewhere is very far. At least 15 mins walk to the train station. I would recommend if you could get a rental car. Otherwise, commuting to places would be problematic.

Although it is a little far from Agematsu Station at 1.7 km, it is right next to Newa-no-doko and there is a 7-Eleven nearby. The room is clean and spacious, and the view from the window is good.

It seems that the name Tron Onsen can no longer be used because it is no longer part of the association. The ore itself remains the same, so the efficacy remains the same!It seems that the effectiveness never decreases or disappears. it was good!

It's run by the local government, so don't think of it as a hotel. The cost performance is not good. butThe restaurants nearby are not open at night, so if you make a reservation for dinner at this hotel, you won't have any trouble finding dinner. All the soba restaurants around me were closed, so I ate a bento from a convenience store.

I thought that a good spot to take pictures of the 383 series would be near the Chuo Line railway bridge on the way down to Nemoke no Toko. If you stay at Nezame Hotel, it will be close and you will have a comfortable trip for taking photos. At night, you can have a fun review session while enjoying the hotel's delicious food, then take a spacious, clean bath and sleep soundly in a quiet room.

Happened to find this community run place and enjoyed! The hotel is a little old but has a Wes Anderson charm. The onsen has stunning views, Wi-Fi was fast! Rooms and robes clean. The very generous dinner being part of the room prices was amazing! Would go againThis place has been unfairly reviewed by people, one can only assume they lead petty and vindictive lives generally unsatisfied with the world 🤷

They left us stranded by canceling our reservation and without the possibility of having an alternative, so we will have to sleep on the street thanks to their disdain for the client and their lack of professionalism. …

Disastrous experience with the Hotel. The area is somewhat scarce in hotels, so although we didn't love it, we proceeded to get a room and organized our trip also based on those days that we would spend doing the Nakasendo route. Well, the unpleasant surprise is that just a few days away and with no other possibilities in the area (at least less than 300 or 400 euros) they have canceled the reservation without reason (we imagine due to some internal error or because it was better for them to raise the price), and they have left us stranded on the street, since as we said, there are no more options in the region. They have done it without warning, just a few days after arriving, they have left us with no alternative, and, additionally, they have the audacity not to even answer the phone, nor the emails and in the Booking chat, you get an automatic message, that The message could not be delivered since the mailbox is apparently full. No professionalism, zero respect for the client, and, clearly, no desire to work, nor to provide a minimum of service.
