Didn't expect that the hotel would be brand new. But it was not dilapidated.Didn't expect luxury But this hotel has all the comforts we need.Away from bus and train stations. But there is a pick-up and delivery service (as requested by us).Worth the priceThe room is clean, the room size is not cramped. Comfy bed, mountain view.Various breakfast fresh fruits and vegetables And there are waffles to make yourself hot.The restaurant has a beautiful view. The staff were great.I like onsen and this place has services. Even though the outdoor pond is somewhat obstructed, the view is somewhat obstructed. Because the building next to it is undergoing renovation. The staff at the lobby were energetic and lovely and gave us useful information. The hotel is within easy walking distance of about 10 minutes to the jumping stadium and the area has enough restaurants for dinner.Luggage delivery service is available.

Really nice place, very quaint. Great location, 6 minute walk from the Nakiyama 1 lift. I would have knocked off a half star because they only have a regular toilet, no bidet but everything else was great. Cheap rentals if you stay here, great value, wish I knew ahead of time.

I spent two days snowboarding, traveling alone. I stayed in a single room with amenities like air conditioning, a TV, a small fridge, and a kettle. It took a while for the room to warm up since there was no heating. The hotel's location is good, close to Happo-One Ski Resort. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. However, I was uncomfortable hearing the kitchen staff shouting at the waiters. They rushed to clear the plates, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. Overall, besides the dining experience, everything else was good.

Amazing experience, may always stay here. So cosy! Big rooms, good drinks during happy hour and a yummy breakfast. Great ski room & lockers, with only a 2 minute walk to the bottom of the ski lift in Happo-One. Close to town as well.

Great Location but they allow foreign guests to enter the hot spring in their underwear and shorts. Other than that it’s a nice place as it so close the lift. I wish visitors could follow Japanese customs and for the hotel to enforce them.
