The hostel is very beautiful, the rooms clean and really cute. But the manager is not very smiling or accommodating. Don't trust the ad on Hostelworld which says that many things are included in the price, this is completely false, breakfast and massage are chargeable, as well as travel to the hostel.

First time going to Lovina and staying at Loniva Loca and my experience at Lovina Loca was really disappointing, all the staff couldn't smile and were very unfriendly to customers, and when I took a shower in the poll area there was glass shards and my sister's feet were hit and there is no first aid, which is very disappointing, in my opinion, if you go to Lovina, it's better not to go to Lovina Loca to stay overnight, it's very annoying

Such a nice hostel! Mary, the owner of the Hostel, is the nicest and helped me to get an affordable shuttle to Amed. You can also book the Dolphin watching with swimming through the hostel for a really good price. The dorms are very big, you get your own private bed, a wardrobe with locker and some extra space. The breakfast is also very delicious! I would recommend coming here

I traveled alone and the owner was EXTREMELY helpful with getting me a scooter rental, scheduling my sunrise swimming with the dolphins, organizing a shuttle bus back to Kuta, and local knowledge on where to find places. She was sweet and kind. Plus the room was great, just the kind of hostel vibe I like. And a towel is included which I always appreciate.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! AC works, well, place is nice and tidy, staff was helpful when needed, pool was small but well kept, Beds and pillow weren't amazing but good enough, location is pretty central in town. Within 10-15 min walk tons of restaurant options, grocery/markets, indomarets/convenience stores, beaches, tour companies etc. I had breakfast included in my room and it was basic but tasted good. Eggs, toast, and fresh fruit. They had a few other options as well but also basic. It is a quiet place which is nice for sleeping, the party hostel is only a 13 minute walk so you can have fun there and come back to a peaceful night sleep. Considering the price we paid for private rooms this place is good value for your money. Keep money locked up as always when traveling just to be safe. Would recommend trying it out! Thank you to the owners :)

We had an unpleasant experience here, my friend’s money (around 1000k) got stolen from our private room. Instead of the stuff being helpful, she started to point her finger at me…
The place was nice though.
