The room is large, and the two 27-inch suitcases can be opened without any problem👌It comes with mineral water and the famous Thunderbird biscuits. The service staff are very polite and talkative. This seems to be a B&B run by an individual. There are no shops nearby. It is recommended to buy some food or go out to eat. However, on 8/7, three ramen shops were closed and all were closed. I don’t know if it is because of holidays or rest days. I was so hungry that I almost got angry, so I ended up eating instant noodles to spend the night.

Thank you for your help during ski season.However, my honest opinion is that I won't use it again next time.①About the guest rooms- Cleaning is not very thorough, and there is dust on the bed frame etc.・Brown stains remain on the comforter (probably stains that did not come off even after washing)・I think I'll go to the room I used, but the casters of the bed move if I put a little weight on them because they are both simple beds.②About the miso barrel bath・Used at 20:00. The bathtub was quite dirty. There was a fluffy white floating substance (snot?) and something that clearly looked like garbage floating around. I can't believe that they are operating by collecting 1000 yen. (This may be because there are many people from overseas due to the inbound effect)・The entrance door did not close properly, perhaps because it was poorly constructed. No matter how hard I try to lock the door, the inner key won't fit into the keyhole. (There are a lot of scratches on the sliding door on the keyhole side, probably because everyone struggled so hard.) Therefore, even though the security of the sliding door is quite low, it can be said to be even more dangerous. It's not very good for crime prevention.・Because the bathing time is divided into easy-to-understand 30-minute intervals and the turnover rate is increased, only a simple check for forgotten items is done, and simple cleaning such as scooping up floating objects in the bathtub is not performed.・Reservations start at 7:00 for same-day reservations only, so I went to the front desk before 7:00 and was the first to arrive, but it was already booked, so I don't understand why. (I didn't even feel the phone ringing during that time)It might be Instagrammable, but I wouldn't recommend it for a girls' trip. It's dirty and security awareness is low.I don't want to pay 1000 yen, but I also don't want to recommend it on Instagram.③About ski lockers-People in other rooms put their shoes, helmets, etc. on top of the ski lockers other than those assigned to them, so trash gets in from the top of the ski lockers. (In fact, garbage that was not included on the first day was falling down.)④Large bath・This is the same at any hotel or inn. If the timing is right, it's great; if the timing is bad, you'll just fall prey to customers with bad manners.I used it because it had pretty good reviews on Google, but I don't want to use it again...The staff was nice, but everything else was really bad.I'm not a germaphobe, but once I see something I don't like, I start to worry about all kinds of things.

Nice service, delicious meal, and friendly staff. Hotel Stelle Belle has 2 onsen, indoor and out door, both are very clean and comfortable. Hotel shuttle bus is very convenient, just book on the 1F front desk. Highly recommend.

Great family run Hotel, positioned about a 10 minute walk from Hakuba Goryu Ski lifts and Escal plaza.Junko (on the front desk) is super helpful and will assist with Restaurant recommendations and bookings (A must in busy times) The rooms and ski facilities (Changing/drying/laundry rooms are all excellent) and the breakfast is amazing, both in quality and choice - Highly recommend
