I am a Korean who went on my first expedition to Shiga Plateau. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and has almost everything you need. They kindly stored my luggage before and after check-in and check-out times, and the locker room where I could change clothes was so large that I was able to change into my ski clothes comfortably! Two people stayed in a tatami room, and although I have traveled to Japan many times, it was my first time staying in a tatami room, so it was amazing. I thought my back would hurt if I slept on the floor, but the blanket on the floor was much softer than I thought, so I didn't feel much discomfort. When I went to bed at night, it was a little cold because of the strong wind, but it was okay because I covered myself with two blankets. For dinner, I had curry cutlet and buckwheat soba with tempura. It wasn't anything special, but overall it was average. Among them, the curry was more delicious, and the taste of curry continues to come to mind even after returning to Korea. I also had hot Japanese sake and nama biru. Thanks to the Japanese sake being heated so hot, the alcohol did not cool down until I finished eating the food, and the taste and aroma of the alcohol were very good, so it was memorable. Also, I didn't have high expectations about the bathroom facilities, but surprisingly, it was really clean and the water temperature was very warm, so I was able to relieve my fatigue well. I was very satisfied because the amenities in the bath were well-equipped.I don't usually leave reviews on Google, but the reason I'm writing one is because of the owner who really kindly helped me. Sadly, during my first ski trip abroad, even on the first day of my trip, I fell while skiing and injured my knee. The pain was quite severe and I had difficulty moving, but since the ski resort was inside the mountain, the hospital was far away, so I couldn't go.In a situation where not only skiing afterwards but also the rest of the trip would be difficult, I was even considering returning home early. The day after I got injured, I continued to sit on the first floor after checking out while my group was skiing, and the owner and his wife kindly asked how I was doing, and when they confirmed that my leg was injured, they mobilized all of their medical supplies to help treat me. After carefully checking the condition of my knee, he carefully taped my knee with medical tape and put a patch on it, and even told me to take the patch with me. After providing this first aid, surprisingly, the pain during movement was significantly reduced and even walking was difficult, but I was able to walk to some extent. Since the owner skied a lot, I think he knew how to use first aid to some extent. Thanks to your kind help, I was able to complete the rest of the trip at a leisurely pace. This is something I will never forget. On the way out of the accommodation, my Japanese was a little bad, so I said 'I won't forget', but I misspoke as 'please don't forget', but I'm sure you understood (laughter)After returning to Korea, I went to the hospital yesterday and had an X-ray and CT scan. Fortunately, I was diagnosed with no major visible abnormalities. It looks like the cartilage plate was slightly injured, and he is currently wearing a brace and receiving physical therapy regularly. I don't know if the owner will see this review, but thanks to the kindness shown by the owner, I was able to enjoy an unforgettable trip to Japan. You will receive the best hospitality in a cozy and comfortable accommodation. Thank you again, and I hope you will have only good things in the future :)
