When the shuttle bus arrived at Ryuo Ski Park, I was asked to come to the hotel reception instead of stopping at the rental shop. First of all, there was no signboard to guide me to the hotel, so it was hard to find, and it was a long way on a sloped road (15-20pm). minutes). Furthermore, the rental shop was right next to the shuttle bus exit, so I had to register at the hotel and walk back there.The rental shop didn't have a changing room, so I went back to the hotel and changed.Up to this point, there has been no guidance from the hotel, and even though I have checked each time on the phone, the answer is ``Why don't you ask the rental shop?'' and I don't know how many years they have been doing this business here. When I asked if it was okay if I went to the cafeteria, I was told, ``Professionals skate without eating,'' and that's not what I heard, and even though I was on a trip with a plan that included dinner, I was so rude, like I was being sarcastic. However, it might be a good idea to bring a woman with you, as her attitude is kind to women with good looks.My precious snowboarding experience was ruined. Snowboarding itself was fun, but because of the old man, I don't have a very good impression of it.The toilet is smelly and there is no place to hang clothes. While I was eating, I was told that I was late. Even though it hasn't even been 30 minutes. Also, it's managed by a rotten person who calls customers stupid, so if you have high hopes, you'll lose. There is no need to use honorific language to address the old man. Because it doesn't deserve respect. Also, if you miss even one minute of your time, they will ask you to pay. This is a scam. I will never go there again.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. However, even though it was listed as having Wi-Fi, due to the hotel's circumstances, there was actually no Wi-Fi, and there was no signal, which I found very inconvenient. If you are staying in a large group, you should be aware that there is no washroom or toilet in the room, so you have to use the shared one in the hallway, and that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations from the next room. The rice was delicious, but everything else was a little disappointing. There was no WiFi even though it said it was available, or it was difficult to get a signal in the room. If you are staying with a large number of people, please be aware that there is no running water in the room. Although it was close to the ski slopes, it was a little far from rental shops and convenience stores, which made me feel inconvenienced. We do not recommend staying at this inn unless you have a special reason.
