It feels old, but I think it was like a guesthouse in the Showa era.

A low-priced guest house. It's easy to imagine the room as a student dormitory.

Thank you for your help on Friday, August 9, 2024. The room is room 101 on the first floor. The bath, toilet (Western style, no washlet), and sink are shared, but the equipment was new. The room is 4.5 tatami mats in size and has a low single bed, a desk chair, and a small TV. Air conditioner is available for 2 hours for 100 yen. I guess it can't be helped if we are managing the elderly in a time of rising electricity bills.I checked in by bicycle 🚴‍♂️, but I was grateful to the landlady for allowing me to store it in the now-defunct beauty salon attached to the property ^_^

Located in downtown Iida, restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. There is also free parking for one car, and the baths are on the first floor, and each group has to lock their doors in front of the changing rooms, so I thought it would be crowded and I would have to wait, but I was able to get in easily after dinner. It was cheap even during the summer vacation season. Baths and toilets are shared, and the toilets are Japanese-style and are located on each floor. The reception is in a separate building, on the back side from the main street, opposite the accommodation building, the entrance is on the third floor, the second floor is the second floor, and the bath and dining room are on the first floor. The air conditioner cost 100 yen for 2 hours, and even though it was an old air conditioner, it worked well, and 300 yen was enough even in the middle of summer. The soundproofing is good, probably because it's made of steel, and you can barely hear the neighbor snoring in the middle of the night, but there doesn't seem to be any sound leakage from the TV. I could hear young people talking in the hallway. In the morning, I wake up to the high-pitched sound of the water pipes, which seems to happen regularly when I use water somewhere. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so it's mostly for men only. There were towels in the changing room which came in handy.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

A very kind grandmother took care of me. Your smile will soothe you. There is a parking lot, and if you let us know in advance and there is space, you can park your motorcycle. The room is suitable for the price, but there is no problem if you just want to sleep. You can take a bath until 0:00. Check-out is until 10am the next morning.Breakfast was 500 yen so it was worth it...

I'm satisfied with the price of 3,500 yen per night, but the room and bath were even more beautiful than the price, so I was very satisfied.

When staying in Iida, I choose this hotel as it seems to be the cheapest.Although it is an old building, it has been well taken care of so you can stay comfortably. I pay attention to the sound of the door opening and closing.
