I've used this hotel several times in the past, but I won't be going again.I don't mind that they have changed to ordering and paying using QR, but first of all, there is a big mark on the sofa in the lobby, probably because I urinated or maybe I spilled something. It was filthy. The dock run in the courtyard is also full of grass 💩, and a considerable amount is still intact. I'm not sure if I want to use gravel or wood chips for the outdoor walking course, and there are a lot of large mushrooms that I don't really understand. Even though it's a walking course that dogs use, why don't you check it? The orchid in front of the hotel is also full of grass. The orchids in the room are also full of grass. There weren't enough supplies in the room, and when I told the staff, they didn't respond well. Payment for check-out is made using QR in the room and the key is returned to the front desk. At that time, I check the QR again, but even though the machine says that the payment has been made, the young female staff member tells me several times that the payment has not been made. The end that was said. Previously, there were quite a few older staff members, and even the younger staff members were very polite and went around taking pictures while I was eating.I had only good impressions of the place and was looking forward to going there, but everything turned out to be the worst.Has the management changed? I was surprised. It was a shame because I really liked the hotel.

I think this is the best dog-first accommodation. There are also multiple dog runs, so even dogs who don't like other children can have fun with their owners.

This is one of my favorite hotels where you can stay with your dog, and I return to it every fall.First of all, it is located in the Tateshina Forest, and the autumn leaves are truly beautiful. There are also several dog runs in the forest and in the courtyard. There is also a large public bath. The food is of course delicious. There is also a menu for dogs. Also, there are welcome treats for dogs and wine for humans in the front lobby! !Personally, I love Tateshina and Yatsugatake, so this is a hotel I would like to stay at again and again.

Yeah. . Did I have too high expectations when I saw the photos of the hotel? The moment I entered the lobby, it was different from what I had imagined, it felt lonely and more like an ordinary apartment than a hotel. There's nothing luxurious about it. I arrived at night, but there was no one at the front desk, so I was confused and didn't know what to do. All the staff are kind, but considering the size of the hotel, it feels like there aren't enough workers. And since there is no light in the countryside, there really isn't much to do at night. It takes 25 minutes by car from the hotel to the nearest convenience store, so be sure to stop by and enter before checking in. The hotel didn't sell any snacks either, so I was hungry at night. The thing that I don't understand the most is that if it is a regular hotel that allows dogs, it would be understandable that there would be an additional charge for dogs, but this is a dog-only hotel, so I was surprised to find that there was an additional charge of 4,400 yen per dog. I wonder if I am entitled to receive 4400 yen even though it was mostly self-service? I doubt it. But isn't it weird that kids are free? I think it would be better to have up to 1 dog free of charge and an additional charge for 2 or more dogs. There was an additional fee for the public bath, but it was a small bath and sauna that could only be used by about 3 people, and there was no open-air bath, so what an additional fee. . Aren't you embarrassed?Since it was raining, there was a strong smell of dogs in the room and everywhere in the hotel, which can't be helped since it's a pet hotel. .It was a cheap plan that included two meals and cost around 30,000 yen for two people, but I don't think I would have come if it was more expensive. To be honest, 30,000 yen is a waste when you consider gasoline costs and ETC fees. . The rest of the dinner was delicious, but the main dish, pork steak, was really tough and tasted like pork cutlet meat without any oil. I was so hungry that it was painful to go out of my way to eat.As a result, it is not a place that you have to come all the way from Tokyo. However, I chose ⭐️⭐️ because the dockland was spacious and the employees were kind.

All the staff are very nice.By scanning the QR code, you can get facility information, restaurant orders, and even check out.First, if your check-in is lateI can't keep checking my smartphone.Breakfast time and ordering your dog's meals,Welcome corner time etc.Because you can check it on your smartphoneExplanation is also omitted.I can't check it if I don't have time.Convenient but inconvenientThere was no call for help with luggage. The mat in the bathroom wasn't replaced and it was soaked.A lot of hair was falling down in the dressing room.I used a roller to clean it, butDuring use, it often comes off from the main unit and cannot be used satisfactorily.Indoor toilet seats are too thin and there are not enough of them.Medium-sized dogs will be stained with it after just one use.food is healthySlippers are not disposable. The facility is cleanThere is no feces or trash on the promenade. It was kept clean. It was good that there was no smell in the room.*Manager NakataThank you for your consideration. Please let me stay again.
