The owner is kind and the customer service is polite. It's well-cleaned and comfortable. When I checked in, when I woke up in the morning, the heating was turned on in my room and common areas to keep me warm.Check-out was easy and unattended, and even though I had a plan to leave for skiing early in the morning, it was comfortable from beginning to end.There is also a binding table in the ski room. There is also a shared kitchen, a bath with warm water, and a clean toilet with a washlet. Close to Hakuba's ski resorts and bar district, good value for money!

We had a very pleasant and fun stay at the Hakuba Today Guesthouse. Kyoko, the friendly host was very kind and informative. And we had some laughs with her and Andy while enjoying their tasty cooking and hot sake. Private room was perfect and facilities very clean. Great place!
