We stayed for 3 nights with young children in the 2 bedroom suites and had a lovely time. The room was slightly run down (stained couch, scuffed walls) considering it was only a year old and the restaurant had a pretty limited menu. BUT the staff was amazing! They were so attentive and caring - our family felt very welcome. There was also a short and nice pathway to walk among sunflower fields and tea plantation. All and all it was a great and relaxing place to wind down for the weekend.

The rooms are a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, featuring large windows that allow you to take in the views of the surrounding nature! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request! I highly recommend it for a tranquil getaway in Bali.

Amazing place to stay. Rooms are quickly sold out. Best service, though we have to wait until 5 pm to get our room. But hey, their service is extraordinary. They even provided dancing waterfall every night at 6.45pm ๐๐๐๐๐ will come back soon!

Just returned from a serene stay at this beautiful resort in the breathtaking Bedugul highlands. The cool, refreshing air was such a welcome change from the usual Bali heat.The service was impeccable, and the in-house Dapur Cemara served up some truly memorable cuisine. This place is a hidden gemโa true retreat for anyone seeking peace and healing away from the hustle and bustle of the city.Canโt wait to come back!

We had a lovely lunch on our way to Ulundana and Gigit waterfalls.Beautiful place, amaaazing food and lovely scenery and views. Would highly recommend. ๐

It's an amazing place. A lot of activity we can do. there's also a water and light at Dancing Fountain wich is so beautiful. We can walk at the beautiful flower and grape garden.

This place is awesome , with beautiful view and surounded by nature. Its also kids friendly they have a Little play ground in the restaurant . The location also easy to find not far from Beratan lake and also the Bali farm house.

All stars for Bedugul Asri!Another beautiful gem to visit in Bedugul. The landscape is super! Resto and the food & drink top!After taking our lunch at the resto, we took a look to the yard. Lot of plants are there, it's good for kids education.

Hotel in transit, the rooms are correct but there are details that should be taken into account. We wanted to have tea in the room, when we picked up the teapot it was dirty and full of mold.Regarding breakfast you can only choose between coffee, juice or tea, if you want to add milk they charge you and not exactly cheap for the usual prices. If you are passing through it is acceptable, but if you want to stay more than two nights it is better to look for another option.

The complex is very well maintained, the garden is really beautiful!The room was also good, the shower was a bit worn out.Unfortunately, what we didn't understand at all is the concept of the whole thing!We booked half board, so we got a small menu and not the large menu that the other guests looked through. However, we were always given the menu in addition, as half board only covers 1 dish per meal. The portions are sometimes quite small, so we had to order an additional starter (soup or salad) and paid for it additionally.Breakfast was also structured similarly. To drink you could only choose between water/tea and black coffee, if you want milk with your coffee you have to pay extra?!So very strange concept.Unfortunately the service wasn't good either. Nowhere on the menu does it say whether a dish is spicy or not. Be careful, the burger is very spicy, the service staff should take this into account...We were always alone in the large restaurant, no other guests. Nevertheless, the service staff didn't manage to bring us the food (only 2 dishes!) at the same time. My husband usually had the food first and I was allowed to watch him eat. He was already finished when my food finally arrived. We also asked the staff about it, but nothing changed, so the game continued like this for the next few days. We were really very annoyed by it! In addition, the restaurant is only outside on a kind of terrace, it was very windy and cold, but since it was the only place we had to eat outside while it was freezing, it would make sense to plan a variant that was protected from the wind!Unfortunately, we are not convinced at all about this hotel and the many Google reviews we bought don't make the impression any better.Yes, the food was good and the garden was beautifully landscaped, but it definitely takes more to be a successful hotel and service plays a very big role.We would advise against staying!

Quite satisfied to stay here, the food is okay. As for the cleanliness of the room, it's okay, clean. The size of the room is just right, not too narrow and not wide either. The lighting is also good. The only downside is that laundry bags are not provided (or maybe they were forgotten to be prepared), apart from that the service is okay, informative.If asked, would you stay again? Yes, will stay againโฅ๏ธ
