Guest room・It was generally clean and comfortable.・The bathroom and toilet were integrated and were kept well cleaned. Not only the guest rooms but also the hallways inside the hotel are clean.・There were so many toilets for some reason. 3 rooms for 7-8 people. It's not a bad thing since the showers aren't crowded.・The bed was not twin, but one double, so it seemed like it was a two-person room.・The TV does not show the commercial broadcaster NHK, but you can use Netflix, etc. It's a bit disappointing that Japanese TV is not shown in Japanese accommodations, even though they are aimed at foreigners.・There is an indoor kitchen and a supermarket nearby, so you can cook for a large group and have a party-like experience.service・The fine details seem sketchy.・Depending on the location, I was informed that the check-in time was 12:00 or 2:00 p.m., so I wasn't sure what time to check in. When I went there, I found that the cleaning hadn't finished, so I ended up checking in after 3:00 p.m.・We had heard in advance that there would be BBQ facilities, but when we actually went there, we found out that on the day of the trip, the hotel would be holding a BBQ for guests for a fee (though it included labor costs, it was quite expensive for the content). We decided that if we wanted to have a BBQ, we would have to share it. I'm not lying because I can use the BBQ facilities, but it was too difficult to do so I decided to cook for myself in the indoor kitchen.place・Although it is located a little further back from where many inns are located, the location is not too bad considering that you will be arriving by car.・As this is a summer stay, we don't know what the winter situation will be like, but it's a place where you can enjoy summer activities using the ski resort. I think access to ski resorts is good in winter if the roads are properly plowed.・There are many things that can't be helped because it is in nature, but there are many insects from the parking lot to the entrance. When I started the car's engine, I was drawn to the heat of the car. Almost no one came into the building, so it wasn't a problem for us to stay overnight.

Great location and they could not make the day to day easier. Shuttle service to and from the mountains, and they returned our rental gear for us. On our last day we were unable to find an early morning taxi to the train station and the staff got up early and gave us a ride! Great people. Super easy access to Happo One Sakka slope.

We enjoy our stay at Wadano Forest Hotel. Special thanks to Joanie & Team for making our stay special on my son’s birthday. Thank you Chef for making things happen besides preparing our dinner & daily breakfast. We like the drivers from the team for bring us to and fro to the ski area. Well done everyone! We will be back.

The service here is outstanding - Joanie and her team were awesome - nothing too much trouble!Rooms and breakfast were good and a quiet location.Easy to get to sakka lifts for skiing - but a longer walk to town (loved the walk - but it it not super pedestrian friendly)Would absolutely stay again.
