I love everything about this place. It was very clean, staff was doing everything to make it look like a dreamland. I had very good and easy contact with one of the managers, even if they couldn't find me around the hotel he ask me on whatsapp about room cleaning. Will definitely be back there to one of the Villas!

Far from the masses, this hotel is at the top! The common areas, like our suite, were clean and comfortable. Thanks to the whole team 👌

The place was exactly as pictured. More then plenty of space with a view that was even better in person!The service that was provided was unbeatable! They have cleaning in the morning and turndown service in the evening. They also have a restaurant on site you can enjoy or you can order food and have it brought to your villa. A delicious complementary breakfast was included every morning (highly recommend the banana pancakes!).The entire staff was very polite and helpful. 100% worth the value. Highly recommend this villa!

Very good view from over the pool to the ocean (but only if you book one of the 2 two bedroom villas. The other villas, restaurant, and main pool do not have the same view. The photos on booking sites only show the view from the two bedroom villa.We specifically booked one of the two 2 bedroom private pool villa to ensure we could enjoy the view from our private pool.On arrival the pool looked a little cloudy, by mid afternoon it had begun to turn green and the pool was unusable. We contacted the manager Ari (who is only available via WhatsApp) who assured us by morning the water would be clear, so we had no use of the pool that day.Next morning the pool was green and totally unable to be used so we again contacted the manager Ari (via WhatsApp only) who did not come to the villa and with little to no apology for the inconvenience offered that we move to the 2nd two bedroom pool villa, but we would have to wait for it to be cleaned and prepared. So the morning of our only full day at the resort was spend packing up, waiting in the restaurant, and them moving and unpacking into the 2nd villa.The newly built one bedroom villa, restaurant and shared pool are all very nice and are of a hight standard, however they do not have the same view and the older 2 bedroom villas and its a little deceiving as all the booking sites show only the view from these villas.Unfortunately these villas are tired, in need of a full refurbishment and are no longer the 5* star villas that they our touted to be.The furniture is worn, has patched, scratches and some even broken. The fridge handle is worn and filthy, the painted wood work is scratched and chipped, the sink plug is broken.In villa 1 both bedroom doors do not stay shut and swing open, even when locked they can be easily pushed open.Please see the attached photos.If travelling with children or those with mobility issues you need to be made aware that the staircase is open with no handrail at all. Certainly would not meet western safety standards.The mini bar prices and very expensive are the mark up on the products is over the top.$7.50AU for a Snickers chocolate bar, $5.00AU for a litre of milk, $27.50AU for 375ml (half bottle) of low grade Vodka etc.What 5* star resort charging $300AU per night supplies the room with a Nespresso machine, but then wants to charge you $1.90AU if you use a pod to make yourself a coffee? Oh and if you want milk for the coffee thats another .$2.00 fee.On departure the property tried to add a 3% merchant fee to our account.This practice is illegal in Indonesia. All Indonesian banks require the merchant to absorb any merchant fee and do not allow them to charge the customer a fee.Unfortunately cannot recommend the two bedroom pool villas unless they undergo a full refurbishment, management needs to be onsite, more attentive and meet guests in person, the sweet and gentle staff need more training (not from the current management team), the onsite pricing needs to be realistic, and the illegal practice of adding the merchant fee needs to stop.

Built in 2015, following open design/bare ,smooth finish concrete paradigm. Set in a hill side with awesome view of a valley and sea in a distance (about 4km) Very friendly and forthcoming staff.

Nice villa, the rooms are comfortable, there is a swimming pool too, my children are very happy, the facilities are also OK, the beach view is good, my children don't want to go home 💜

Wow Wow, this place is a hidden treasure. We booked the 2 Bedroom Pool Villa. Amazing and spacious rooms including 3 Bathrooms. The view is spectacular from our villa and pool. We stayed for 2 nights, and there was no need to leave this place. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. We ate at the restaurant for our meals. This area is brand new, and super clean. Although it was a little slow for the food to come out, but that was no concern as weren’t going anywhere and it was of good quality. We just made sure we came down for a couple of drinks and order our food and enjoyed the view.I would recommend staying somewhere for a night or 2 in between coming from airport, as it is a fair drive. We stayed in Ubud to break it up. If you’re after a chilled out time and relaxing, this is the place. Will definitely come back here for sure.

Thank you thank you thank you :)I stayed here two nights with friends on the villa with Seaview and it was just the time of my life.The staff are lovely, the food delicious, the views gorgeous, and the villa.. I think the photos speak for itself.Please consider staying here. I will definitely come back. Thank you for making my holidays so rememberable. ❤️

I spent 2 nights with a group of friends in March in the villa with Seaview.What can I say? This place is simply a dream.I truly felt spoiled during my whole staying.I could be talking about the beauty of the view for long but I'll just leave some photos which will speak for me.We also had dinner both nights at the villa.The staff literally takes care of everything and the food is really good! I highly suggest to ask the BBQ night, it was just delicious!We even got to play Jenga and UNO if you want to fight with your friends while relaxing 😂Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable, the bathroom is the typical tropical style, very pretty.Highly suggested if you want to take a little break from the crowded areas of Bali, enjoy the beauty of nature and just purely relax. Wifi works perfectly everywhere in the villa so easy to work from there too!Highlights for me were the view and the staffI'm going back 100%Thank you so much for everything
