We stayed 2 nights and they already gave us problems with check-in, when it came to paying, demanding 3% more than the booking price, if we paid by card, when in other hotels in Bali they have not charged us.They then tried to sell us a tour to see the dolphins for 500k per person, when in the end they let us have it for 250k (always try to nail it).And finally, during the night the air conditioning made an exaggerated noise (video attached), so there was little you could rest if you wanted to be cool... The owner was very friendly and did whatever you wanted, but she didn't offer you solutions... In theory they looked at the air and it continued making noise the second night...Finally, the breakfast was quite basic... all compared to other hotels, of similar price, in Bali...

Very friendly employees. Beautiful garden with a small waterfall and a stream. There was also a nice swimming pool. The pool was deep enough. Wonderful massages and not expensive at all.

Money is all they want. Be prepared to have breakfast with them every morning and to hang on to their persistence in their activity which of course will be much more expensive than elsewhere.You will have to justify all of your actions if they know that you are doing activities elsewhere. Critics will be present in relation to that. The only positive point: it's the employees who have to go to work there every day. And asked yourself the question of why no one ever eats in their restaurant apart from the breakfast included in the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights which was ample time to explore Lovina and see the dolphins. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome and helped us arrange a taxi to Kuta for a good price. The rooms had mosquito nets and were clean. They were ready at the check in time. Shower was warm. The pool area was clean with lots of sun. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. There are some good local eateries around. Would stay again.

Starya 2 in Bali exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and incredible hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. Throughout our 5-day stay, we were impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean rooms, which, while maintaining Balinese charm, offered modern comfort. Despite the typical Balinese drawbacks in terms of quality, the resort more than made up for it with its expansive and lush garden, featuring a pristine pool that provided the perfect escape from the tropical heat. Additionally, amenities like the badminton court and small gym added extra enjoyment to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, organizing various activities and excursions for us, making our experience truly unforgettable. Really nice accommodation with lots of space and very clean. However, you should eat breakfast somewhere else. Luckily there are better options next door.Please don’t fall for the tours on offer!

CHEATING WITH MONEYAt first they seemed like nice people. We drank beer and ate cake together. Since we initially aroused trust, we ordered several additional services from them such as massage, swimming with dolphins, and so on. We paid for all services in advance. But in fact, 3 services were not provided. The money was not returned. The check they gave us was not real, although they have a stack of the same checks. Total loss of $100. I hope your karma will be bad.

I put this note because the people who work there are simply not honest and not respectful (simply thieves) scammed us with their activities and we even paid locals tickets for who does the dolphin activity and the captain didn't even want them on boardBig thief and solid lack of respect I recommend nothing neither restaurant nor hotel nor anything I do not encourage bad honest people here is my opinion on these people

I came with my husband for honeymoon but all turned out very disappointing because of the hotel service. At first i noticed the place is clean. For short stay is ok. But not for more than a day. Because the place is too boring. Everyday i can see the hotel staff work so hard like slaves. The hotel boss is rude and unfriendly. They only concern with money. This place is not good for vacation at all. Very noisy every early morning from roosters. Dont book!

We spend there 12 days. Rooms are big and clean but they have typical balines drawbacks connected to quality. Everything is compensated by big great garden with clean pool and place to rest. There is also badminton court and small gym so you can use. Stuff is very helpful and they organized a lot of thing for us. Thank you for this help !

DON'T GO HERE!The Airbnb is not what it looks like in the photos! The bathroom is old and really dirty!The people are nice when you book what they want you to, otherwise they are really mean and only wanna scam you!! Everyone gets different prices for the activities and the man that makes you book them promises that you see turtle’s, otherwise you would get your money back. We didn’t see any, and of course, we didn’t get it back! Do not believe in the photos they show to you, it’s a lie and it does not at all look like that! Book at the agency directly, NOT at the Airbnb!! The people got really aggressive and we even were a little scared of them! „Promise doesn’t mean the same in Bali than it does in Europe!“ We are really disappointed and would never come back here!
