When I checked in, I was asked, ``Do you have any allergies?'' When I answered, they said, ``Since it's the same day, it's difficult to accommodate.''First of all, I was disappointed with the superficial service. For dinner, choose Japanese food. The pork smelled bad, the enoki mushroom stalks were still attached, and the only thing that looked good was the presentation.Breakfast is also not good. The public bath was not cleaned well, and the bathroom was full of hair.No revisit.

This year, I was able to stay for just one night in a place surrounded by nature and mountains that I had booked in the summer, just after Obon. You will always receive the same high quality hospitality. To me, it's a 5 star hotel. It's perfect for spending a refreshing day in a climate where you don't need air conditioning, and provides a relaxing space.-postscript-When I visited in early May 2020, I heard a harp performance in the lobby at an evening event. The coronavirus pandemic seems to have subsided, and many people were busy and seemed to be having fun.-postscript-This summer was hotter than usual, but it finally cooled down in October and I came back to see this view. The autumn leaves 🍁 are also beautiful.-postscript-In September 2020, there were two consecutive holidays, and once in October, it was full on this day, etc., and I couldn't get a reservation on Saturday, which was a consecutive holiday. It seems like you can get a room for several times the price from a major travel agency. Crowded baths, French dinners, and staff work style reforms will lead to poor service? It's a shame because the hotel had great hospitality. I hope that the hotel will continue to work hard and show its pride in being a first-class hotel.

I used it on a whim, but I was disappointed😞. Even though I checked in after 3 o'clock, the astronomical observation event was full of early hours?Isn't it true that we entertain people who come for the first time or who come only once in a while? Also, for some reason, I couldn't adjust the air conditioning in my room, so I couldn't cool down after taking a bath, and it was too hot to sleep in.What does it mean to sweat in your room?

Thank you for your help for the first time. It was very hot and sunny in the city, but the hotel was cool and comfortable. The staff's customer service and food were very good. A star observation session was also held, and we learned a lot about stars. We were also able to see actual stars through an astronomical telescope. I have stayed at various hotels, but this was the first time I had stayed at a place that taught me so much about the stars, and it was really nice.It was so good last year that I visited again this year. It was very quiet, the food was good, and the staff were kind and polite. Unfortunately, our stargazing event was blocked by clouds, but this is a hotel that makes us want to come back next year.

There is an observatory inside the building, but it was cloudy so we couldn't see the stars. If it's clear, you can even see Saturn's rings.
