The accommodation was in a dormitory, with a capsule on the upper floor. There is a power outlet and a USB outlet for lighting at the back of the capsule. It's broadly not bad.dissatisfaction,・When descending from the upper level, there is no handrail to grab onto. The built-in handrails are so low that it's scary to lean over. At least when getting off, I would like the handrail to go all the way to the top of the capsule opening, as it would make it easier to turn around. For people with weak legs, the lower berth is best.・Anyway, the lack of men's restrooms was the biggest negative point.・The air in the room is dry. I think it's better to sleep with a mask on.

This hotel looks clean, but the room actually smells terrible. Even with three air purifiers, the odor still lingers, and I can’t imagine sleeping peacefully here.🤮🤮🤮

Near the train station If you just find a place to stay and continue your journey, it's considered ok. It's not very peaceful because at night there are food vendors downstairs. The food sales staff and the hotel staff are the same person, so it's confusing.

After arriving at Nagano Station, walk to this hotel. It is located near the station-front business district, which helps a lot with flexible planning for self-guided travel. It is a good choice for a safe stay.

When I stayed for several nights, I asked if the bed sheets could be changed and was told it would cost 500 yen.If you stay for a single night, you get clean sheets, but if you stay for multiple nights, why do you have to pay an additional 500 yen for your convenience?Absolutely strange.Normally, the hostel should change the sheets every day, but if that is difficult, at least let the guests choose whether or not to change the sheets themselves, and give them a set of sheets for free the next day. You should.Frankly speaking, I'm crazy that I can't even do that. Also, it says that earplugs are free on the second floor, but the front desk has recently changed the fee so they charge 50 yen.Such erroneous guidance should be deleted and unified. Also, the room remains very sweaty which is very worrisome. To put it bluntly, the telephone response is not at its best.A depressed female staff member answered the phone,``Regarding the reservation site, I accidentally made a double payment on the same day, so I would like the reservation site to cancel the wrong number.I will inform the reservation site and I will check whether it was successful or not. I want you to call and tell me.”When I firmly told him and asked him,"Understood"Even though I say that, I don't do anything.2 hours later, there was no progress, so I called, and a similarly depressed female staff member answered the phone (possibly the same person).“I didn’t do anything because it wasn’t communicated to me.”“Can you give me the number of someone you know? ”etc.I don't think there will be any customers who won't suffer from this. This is Nagano qualityThis is Nagano Alual♪

This is my second time using it.The private room was quite spacious for a dormitory, and I felt comfortable enough. The staff were very courteous and even spoke English to people from overseas.I was grateful to be able to use the 1st floor cafe space and the attached drink bar at night. To be honest, I think the comfort of a dormitory depends a lot on the other guests present, but both times I used it, I had a very quiet and peaceful time.

very good value and excellent location near to nagano station and next door to a 24 hour supermarket.my bed was at the far end of the dormitory, near the window, so it was darker and quieter so I had no trouble sleeping at all. In fact, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and it was very quiet in the room.the shared room for eating was a little small but had all of the necessary equipment like a fridge.overall very clean, calm, and nice atmosphere
