I stayed on the 7th floor, and since it was on a hill, I felt like I was overlooking the hot spring town. The parking lot was small and there were only a few, so I parked in a remote gravel parking lot instead of on the pavement in front of the inn.An attendant greeted me and carried my luggage from the parking lot, and after checking in, I was guided to my room. He also carried me to my room. It's easy to find along the national highway, but I wish the parking lot was a little wider.Reserve your dinner and breakfast times at check-in.He will come and lay out your futon during dinner. You can also see the outside from the bath in your room. The meals are served as kaiseki cuisine, so you don't have to eat too much like you would at a buffet, and you can enjoy a reasonable amount of variety.Even on the regular menu, you can eat Shinshu beef grilled meat on a small iron plate, so you don't have to order the Shinshu beef steak from a separate plan.Since it's autumn, it also came with matsutake mushrooms (1/4).I also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. It was also well received by my family.Compared to Ashino Onsen, which I often go to, I was disappointed that it lacked the hot spring feel.

Customer service: The elderly person who first greeted us was very friendly and even took photos for us. The young man who showed me to the room didn't smile and looked groggy. The woman at the front desk and the other people serving the food were smiling and friendly.Service: We received tea and snacks in the lobby, and apple juice for the children. There were small toys and origami in the lobby that I could borrow and play with. It seemed like the room was empty so they changed the size of the room for free.Facilities: The lobby and rooms were clean. blood? There was a stain on the tatami mat that looked like something had spilled on it, but oh well. Sometimes my hair fell out. There was one elevator at each end, so it didn't seem too crowded. There was karaoke, but it cost 3,000 yen for an hour, which was too painful for my family, so I didn't do it, but depending on the time of day, it would be nice if it was half the price. The souvenir shop was a good size, had a variety of items, and accepted PayPay and credit cards.Cooking: I think the hearth was charcoal-grilled or grilled in name only. However, both the meat and vegetables were very delicious. The meat was cut into large pieces, but it was extremely tender and edible. My husband says it's too much lol. I think the hot spring eggs for breakfast were good. I also wanted coffee.Bath: It was very smooth and felt good. The visible parts were kept very clean, but there were a lot of spider webs in the electrical area where the laundry was done, so I thought they hadn't cleaned it. There was also a lot of mold on the ceiling. There is no gender swapping. The open-air bath was the best.I would like to use it again.

I stayed here on a tour trip that I was attracted to by the title, ``Stay at Achi Village's ``Japan's Best Starry Sky'' and Hirugami Onsen's ``5-Star Inn'' with a Starry Sky Guide.'' …

It's not commensurate with the price. It's just a great location for watching the night sky. That's all. It's a mystery why Jalanya is highly rated on Rakuten. The customer service is not bad, but the food is not good. The room is also old-fashioned.The quality of the accommodation is not bad. Pricing is high. It's at a cheaper level.

All the employees were very nice and the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. All of the dishes were delicious, especially the braised carp, which had no odor and was exquisite. I was able to spend some time relaxing and relaxing for the first time in a while. Thank you very much♪

Jalan had a ``Welcome Baby Inn'' so I decided to stay there with my 2-year-old child. The result was great. It was featured in the issue of Jalan, which didn't often feature facilities in Nagano Prefecture, and promoting itself as a ``Welcome Baby Inn'' wasn't just about the name, but the feeling of ``Welcome'' was instilled in the staff. I realized that it was because I was there. We arrived after 3pm, and there were several people checking in, but we were soon greeted with tea and apple juice in the lovely lobby overlooking the garden. These days, it's rare for me to have my luggage brought to my room and escorted to my room.(Thank you for asking us in advance if your child can drink apple juice for the welcome drink!)The room is a calm Japanese-style room with a sense of cleanliness, so you won't have to worry about your child crawling around! The dinner service is excellent, with rice, furikake, and orange juice for the children, and even when they had too much time to spare and went out into the hallway, the kind staff said, ``The floor is so cold it feels good.''With the sweeton pot, you can drop the sweet potatoes into the pot right in front of you, and thanks to the staff who made sure the kids could enjoy it, it was a fun dinner time.My 2-year-old child was especially excited by the male staff, who waved at us until he was out of sight to see us off, and the child kept saying bye-bye in the car. Many inns these days no longer offer to see you off when you return home, but when you do that, I feel like I want to come back again.(I don't want this review to put pressure on me, so I won't complain if management decides to stop showing me off or showing me around in my room lol)I'm sure all the staff members tend to be nervous during the summer vacation, but I would like to thank them for their wonderful customer service, which did not make them feel the slightest bit of effort. It was nice to have a hot water source.

If the sauna is a high temperature sauna and the service time is a little longer...I also want a nice chair...It's a shame that there's only one key.The room is spacious, clean and great! The rice was also good.I'm very satisfied.

I went to stay there because I was drawn to the renovated Japanese modern king-size bed room. The hot water was Hirugami Onsen, so I was satisfied, but what? Has the quality of the spring changed a little? ? I felt like it wasn't as slimy as before. The public bath, including the open-air bath, was spacious enough that I thoroughly enjoyed it. If possible, I would like the amenities in the changing room to be a little more complete (but I guess it can't be helped these days). Unfortunately, private baths are a bit expensive. I didn't use it because it was only 40 minutes long. The room was exactly what I expected. Of course, it had just been renovated and was so new and comfortable that it wasn't even listed on the inn's website. It's great that you're giving up baths in your room and taking showers instead. In addition, the fact that it incorporates a rain shower is also highly rated.Disappointing points are 1. Check-out time is 10am, 2. The toilet facilities on the lobby floor are old, 3. There is no backrest in the hearth dining area, and 4. The meal contents. I would like you to make an 11 o'clock plan for 1. Along with that, it would be nice if the public bath could be used until around 10:30. 3 might have been available if I had requested. 4 doesn't mean you can't eat everything, but you can't eat tempura in particular. Even if it's served cold. In addition, I would like them to reconsider the lack of wine selection. That's not fun.The service provided by the staff was good and well-trained. Overall, I think it's great that we're providing this level of service at this scale.
