Our room was dirty. Dirty fridge, window sills full of dust (not done for months given the quantity), pieces of glass on the floor. Too bad because the room is large, beautiful, and the location near the station is ideal. The double beds were small for 2 people.

Later, when I opened the toilet seat, I found a splatter stain from a tenant's diarrhea. In addition, I brought takeout and tried to rinse away the sauce before throwing it in the trash can. I found that the sink was clogged, and there was a lot of dirt on the sink filter and food residue.In addition, the casing of a light switch in the equipment is missing, and the interior is exposed. It was used by 7 people: 3 adults, 4th graders, 3rd graders, 3rd graders, and kindergarteners. I have nothing to say. It was a great night! It felt like a waste for just one night. The children were also very happy and were having fun. Moreover, the price is unbeatable❣️I have decided to stay here regularly. It's close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby, so there won't be any problems.However, to be selfish, I want a parking lot. We don't have one. There is a driveway for one car for loading and unloading luggage at check-in and check-out.On the day we used it, there was an idiot who parked in this space until the morning. It must have been a nuisance to a lot of people! When we checked out, we also had a hard time carrying our luggage in the rain💦The road was narrow and we couldn't park our cars nearby! ️It would have been the best trip without this person (*^^*)

I stayed with my family, and it was convenient because there was a convenience store within walking distance, cheap coin parking (300 yen for 24 hours), and a hot spring right in front of the hotel. Even if you check in in advance, the reception method is a bit frustrating, so I wish it could be made easier. Why was my car parked even though the parking lot in front of me was prohibited?

The room itself was very nice, butI was told that an email would be sent at check-in, but it never was sent. Since I don't know the password, I can't open the entrance and am stuck. There were other families besides us, and they were having the same problem. Since it is an unmanned hotel with no staff, we are unable to respond directly, and it is difficult to connect even if you try to call. Also, the device to enter the password for the door lock of the room I had booked was broken, so I was unable to enter and was stuck again.When I called again, I was told that I would like to be allowed to change rooms. In the end, I had a lot of trouble with Netflix and was unable to watch it.I don't think anyone who is thinking of staying here will ever experience something like this, but we did experience something like this, so please take this into consideration.

When it comes to lodging, I prefer location. It's conveniently located near the station, with a municipal public hot spring right in front of you and a convenience store right behind it.It has an apartment-like atmosphere, but I know it's not a hot spring inn, so it's not a problem.I was satisfied with the new facilities and equipment.

It was attractive that even 6 people could stay for the price of one room. Check-in was not smooth. It's confusing. It was difficult to know where to enter the room code. The room was clean and had a toilet, bath, kitchen, and cooking facilities, so it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. It was also nice to be able to enjoy free smartphones and paid content such as Netflix on the TV. The walls are thin, so if you make a little noise during the night, it leaks outside.
