The breakfast was luxurious and good, and the service was pleasant. However, the bathroom in my room smelled sour, like armpit moth, so I stopped and washed my hands. I can't take a bath because of the smell. Since it was old, I gave up and thought there was nothing I could do about it. It's a shame.

I used it with my family last Sunday. I didn't know where the parking lot was, so I called them, but the woman who answered the phone was unfriendly, and you can even find out where the parking lot is on the website! That was a shame. So I didn't feel like going to the hotel, but I couldn't cancel, so I went to the reception desk, and a male staff member named Mr. Ito, who was very different from the woman from earlier, greeted me and was very polite. Even though the kids were messing around, they didn't show any signs of disgust and were always smiling.thank you very much. The hotel and rooms were clean and there were cute slippers for the children, so I was very satisfied. The amenities were good, but they even had contact storage solution.Other than the bad attitude of the woman who answered the phone, I was very satisfied with the hotel.Mr. Ito's customer service and the male staff who answered the phone on Monday morning were wonderful, so I thought it was a nice hotel.I would like to use it again.

Used for family trip to Oita. The regular parking lot is behind the hotel, but the alley is a little narrow so it may be difficult to find. The front desk staff is courteous and takes only the necessary amenities. Personally, I was grateful to receive one dose of contact cleaning solution. Welcome drinks included coffee and sparkling wine. The room had a spacious bed, a table, lots of outlets, and the lights were in easy-to-adjust positions, so it was comfortable. The electric kettle was quite dirty, and the back of the sink was reflected in the mirror and was full of mold, so I wish they would clean it a little harder. It was quiet and the location was good, within walking distance from Oita Station.

A hotel in Miyakocho. The response from the hotel staff was good. The cleaning staff also greeted me pleasantly. When I drive there on weekends, I have a hard time finding the surrounding roads filled with drunken people and turning into a pedestrian paradise. The hotel was clean, but there were a lot of exposed wires under the bed, so I was worried about a fire.

Visited for the first time in a year for a social gathering. It still didn't go well. I wish the prices would go up a little more, so I would like the food to be better. The meat smelled like rotten meat, and the fish smelled like frozen liquid. I wish I had tasted it.Visited for a large social gathering at a hotel. All-you-can-drink and course meals. Apparently it was 8000 yen...Anyway, it wasn't good... None of the dishes were good. Apparently that's what a hotel is...I decided to have the year-end party go somewhere else.

It's a little far from the station, but it's close to the downtown area, so I think it's convenient for night owls. The morning buffet is lined with delicious food and there are many choices, so I think it's a nice contrast between the luxurious feel and the hustle and bustle of commuting outside.

When you use the affiliated parking lot, a guide-like person suddenly appears and tells you that it's not until 3pm so you should go to another coin parking lot, which is problematic. Even though I finally arrived, knowing that there would be an additional charge for outside business hours, I was treated with such a bad attitude.I will never use it again. The room didn't feel clean either.

If you ask about various things at the front desk, they will give you detailed information.Breakfast has a lot of variety and the portion size is small so you can eat a variety of things. The only disappointing thing was that the cup in the room I stayed in was left face down on a tray, which would normally be a clean cup, but it was left dirty. Maybe the previous customer had left the used cup face down on the tray, but I think the cleaning staff just checked the appearance and left it there. I recognized that this was a very hygienic issue, but the front desk staff brought me a new cup, apologized, and replaced it.What if I had already put my mouth on it? What if I had an infection? It's scary to think about it.Even if it looks clean, I would like you to wash it properly every time a customer changes.I felt really bad thinking that the glass cup I had used earlier might have been used by someone else without me noticing.

I stopped by to use the restaurant. I hadn't decided whether I wanted lunch or dinner, so they prepared a table for me even though I didn't have a reservation. It wasn't too small, and although there were a lot of groups (I think there were about 3 groups!), we were seated far apart, so we were able to enjoy our meal without worrying. The food was also very delicious. Some of them looked cute but were hard to eat (lol)It was the best birthday dinner. thank you. I'll come back later!
