Used by my wife on a trip on September 13, 2014.It's a love hotel where you can make reservations, and I've been using this kind of hotel a lot lately because it's larger, cheaper, and has more elegant facilities than a business hotel. However, you will be out 15 hours after check-in, so if you check in from 3pm, you will have to leave at 5am, so be careful when reserving your check-in time. This time, the female staff kindly informed me and asked me to change my check-in time to 7:30pm over the phone. The facilities are perfect, but the rooms are small compared to a normal love hotel. The negative point is that it is located in a general residential area, and the parking lot is in a separate location (30 seconds walk from the Aozora Tsuki Parking lot next to the hotel), and there is only space for 2 cars (there are only 2 cars!). I don't know why, but I was surprised that it wasn't even close to the station. On this day, we encountered a torrential thunderstorm and had to carry our luggage from the parking lot soaking wet. Please note that this is not a normal love hotel with a parking lot.If the parking lot is full, there is a notice asking you to use a nearby coin parking lot. (I think there was a fee subsidy of 300 yen?)

Most of the rooms without parking are like business hotels with only showers, but they aren't particularly cheap either.Early hours are good, butThe night staff's response is rubbish. Just asking for a taxi makes me uncomfortable.

I have used the service about 3 times, and first of all, the receptionist's customer service was very good, even when I called to confirm check-out time or request for ironing. I felt comfortable from the time I entered until the time I left.

First of all, it is difficult to find the parking lot. I thought it was funny to go over the fence lol. Even though it's expensive, the room is very crowded! Moreover, there is no room service late at night!! It said that there was a cup noodle service, but it seems that was a complete lie. The bed was hard and the room next door was very crowded. I could hear the door to my room. When I left the room, I forgot my key in the room and when I told them I was going to get it, they scolded me, saying, ``I should have told you that in the beginning.'' This is a hotel that has a lot of drawbacks, but it's perfect for calling a deli. I wondered if it was okay. Oh, I thought it would be nice to have Chrome in the room.

I made a reservation through Agoda. I had the misfortune of making a same-day reservation and canceled it. It's rude to call over the phone, so I called and checked with the front desk, and they told me it would be 9,000 yen, so I gave them a 10,000 yen book and got the change. It may not have been intentional, but no receipt was issued. I don't think this money was stolen, but I don't think the person at the front desk embezzled it, right? I'm worried because the money doesn't go through the machine. It's not an education issue. In a sense, it's a crime.

As others have written, the attitude of the woman at the reception was very bad. I changed from a non-smoking room to a smoking room, but the woman at the reception had me in the wrong room. On top of that, if I made a slight mistake in how the food and drinks were delivered, he would start nagging me, apparently because he didn't like it. When I said thank you, they ignored me. Not possible. I will never go there again.
