I used it when climbing Mt. Hakumadake during Golden Week.Since the trailhead and Shimoyamaguchi are different, I asked for a shuttle. We were able to have breakfast at 5am in the morning, and even though it was a busy time in the evening when we descended the mountain, they provided us with a comfortable ride. The food was plentiful and surprisingly delicious. The inside of the hotel was also beautiful and clean. This is a pension that I would like to use again.

The pension that I usually stay at was fully booked, so I stayed at Pension Minty this time to try to find a new hotel.The exterior and rooms are showing their age, but they are well kept and feel clean.I think the rooms are relatively spacious for a pension of this type.Having a sink in the room is also convenient and good.The bath is a regular bath, and you lock it when you enter.Dinner consists of 6 items: salad, appetizer, soup, main (fish), main (meat), and dessert.It would normally come with rice, but since I drink alcohol, I didn't order it.By the way, the rice can be refilled, so if you eat a lot, you won't have any problems in terms of volume.The breakfast is basic and very satisfying with salad, ham, omelet, soup, toast, yogurt, and fruit.The owner and his wife were friendly, interesting to talk to, and made us feel very comfortable.It also has good access to ski resorts, making it a convenient place to stay for trekking and winter sports.

I stayed here while going to Happo One Ski Resort. The owners, the uncle and aunt, were very kind, the food was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable.The German wine served here was also very delicious, so why not give it a try during your stay? (They said that the number is already decreasing, so it may be gone...)
