First Bessho Onsen. I had a luxurious meal full of matsutake mushrooms. The food was good, but the best part was the hot springs with a slight sulfur smell.I would like to come again for another important anniversary. The building is also a historical important cultural property, and you can feel the bustle and high status of the time.

I like the ancient architecture of the Taisho era very much. The retro Japanese architecture is very beautiful. I can stay here for 2 days. It is very comfortable and relieves my fatigue. The atmosphere of the cafe is also great. Breakfast and dinner in the room are very good. It's delicious. The portion of food is just right, not too full and not too little. The stained glass on the wall of the marble hot spring house is beautiful. The alkaline sulfur spring is very mild and good for the skin. The service staff of the hotel are everyone's best. The service attitude is very good. I think I will come again. If I choose Bessho Onsen Hotel again, I will still choose Hanaya. (very close to the station)

The hot spring water was extremely good. Your skin will be smooth, your body will be relieved of fatigue, and you will be satisfied. It is also a cultural property full of antiquity, so it is entirely made of wood. The wooden structure gives Japanese people a very relaxing space. Of course, the entire building is non-smoking, but there is a smoking area available for you to use. Inside the smoking area, there were books posted that explained the history of cigarettes. I wasn't really interested in it, but I couldn't help but read it! The parking lot is located at the entrance, but please leave the key with the staff when you arrive. The staff will move your car. The customer service is very humble, bright and refreshing, and it makes me feel even better about my trip. There are many Japanese cultural properties around the inn, and you can walk around them in about 90 minutes. The meal is kaiseki. This is a dish that makes use of each individual ingredient. Especially the rice was very delicious. I thought it was just rice from Nagano, but it was very delicious. I don't drink alcohol, but since I was traveling, I had a bottle of beer, and it was really delicious. It's the same beer you would normally drink at a convenience store or izakaya, but for some reason it tastes completely different and delicious. I thought it was great that the staff were cheerful and willing to greet each other. Please note that the building has some steps (as it is an old-fashioned important cultural property), so if you have difficulty walking, you may need someone to help you.The air is nice and it's the perfect base for enjoying Nagano Prefecture.

This is a charming inn.The quality of the hot springs, the food, the rooms, the architecture, and the staff are all perfect. It is a space that makes you feel as if you have traveled back in time to the Taisho era.The wooden architecture has a wonderful connection with the outside world and coexists with the Japanese garden. The wall decorations and lamps are lovely, and the gentle light illuminating the hallways and plants at night is soothing. The quality of the spring water is excellent, and the indoor bath has a gorgeous, retro charm with stained glass and marble. The food was traditional, and the matsutake mushrooms steamed in clay pots were especially delicious.

It was really good! !I don't think you can tell how good this inn is just by looking at the website and reviews! After the sun goes down, the breezeway has an indescribably emotional atmosphere. The sounds of natural insects and watermills. There were a lot of things I couldn't understand until I actually went there!I felt like I didn't need TV, music, or smartphones. (Actually, I took a lot of photos with my smartphone...)It was wonderful to see how the atmosphere of the room and the building changed drastically between day and night. Many of the furniture in the rooms and the things inside the building were retro, and the world view was very nice. There were many wonderful things about it, but the one that stood out to me the most was the customer service.I was really glad I went.I also wanted to bring my loved ones (family) back.Very satisfied from start to finish!thank you very much!

The building has a taste, there are barrier-free facilities in places that do not spoil the charm, the quality of the spring water is excellent, and I even felt respect for the attitude of the people who served customers. The inn probably hasn't been used for a long time.Rather than cutting costs through rationalization, I sincerely hope that they will raise prices and change equipment and systems to match the high level of customer service. This is an example of not feeling welcomed. There are four bathhouses, including one with a hot spring, but there is only one bath towel and one towel each. However, there is no equipment to dry towels.Amenities are placed at a minimum level and the quality is at the level of a business hotel. All refrigerators in guest rooms, including water, are chargeable. However, it only contains beer and water. There seems to be a shortage of manpower, so they are not able to handle serving and setting the table. The food is of course delicious, but I'm a little doubtful as to whether it's worth the money and I don't really understand the concept (if I'm a fan of Nagano Prefecture, it's half-baked, and I'm sorry to say this, but it's kind of like what the food would be like if you stayed at a Japanese inn) )The garden is beautiful, but what direction are you aiming for? Do you think it's okay just to let the koi swim? And so on...I would like to reiterate that the staff, both male and female, communicated in a way that was appropriate for the occasion, and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with interpersonal interactions.I'm sure the maintenance costs are too high...
