This is a B&B accommodation. To be honest, the landlady didn't seem to be good at customer service.I went with my dog, but the travel website said the fee was 500 yen for a small dog.Actually it was 800 yen. There was little understanding of the contents of the GOTO application, and only a receipt was issued. There are no dog-related sheets or foot wipes, which seems to set it apart from other pet-friendly accommodations. The travel website said there was no bath, but there was a private bath that could accommodate one family.

It's a comfortable place to bring your dog.Is it crowded during the holidays? Dogs are 500 yen per dog, dinner is extra. There is a teppanyaki restaurant in the basement. The owner seemed to be very busy that day, so I couldn't ask him, but I heard that there are two types of baths: large and small. The large bath also has an open-air bath.We went outside ♨️It seems that the large bath is not available when there are few guests, so it may be important to check before staying.

This is the worst inn.Especially the owner's father here. His behavior and behavior did not seem to be that of a hospitable person.Definitely not recommended! It will ruin your trip! The inn itself and its facilities were in disrepair.Even if it's old, it can't be helped, but are you cleaning it? ? It's as dirty as you think. If you are fooled by a photo, you will be in trouble.

Onsen is pretty nice after a long day on the mountain. Also the place has a cozy restaurant downstairs ran by the inn owners. Which saves you walking in the cold to find somewhere to eat each night. You may need to know some Japanese if you want to request certain things. But they'll understand if you just point and say a few simple words. You should probably also check in before 10am because they take guests out on their bus after then and don't return until about 3-4

The website says 5500 yen per night. When I inquired via email, I received a reply saying 5,500 yen, but when I checked out, I was charged 6,500 yen. Isn't it 5500 yen? When I asked about it, I was told that everyone at home received 6,500 yen. Do you have something to complain about? and. There is no explanation at all whether it is tax or service charge. I'm glad I'm not going there anymore. The equipment is quite old. The clock in the room had stopped, and the door was broken and unlocked. I wish I didn't have to stay for 2 nights.
