I stayed here with my 2 year old child. The private open-air bath was large and nice. Since it was reserved for private use, the children were able to have fun and have fun!As for the rice, the sukiyaki for dinner and the dango soup for breakfast were especially delicious. I was lucky to be able to eat new rice as well.I was able to relax slowly. Thank you very much☺️

I chose this place to celebrate my mother's birthday, despite the distance based solely on the photos, and I was really looking forward to going there for almost 3 hours on the day, but I was disappointed. When was the photo taken? It looks different from the outside, every passage leading to the room has a musty smell, there is dust on the desk where the pot of hot water is kept, and the TV is flickering. The quality of the hot spring water in the public bath is mediocre, and the water server is broken.I was looking forward to the optional 50-minute free outdoor outdoor space because I read that the stars were beautiful. It was a bad idea to go at night. The guide didn't have a flashlight, and we were unsure of our feet in our geta clogs. We walked back home in the dark, and to be honest, we were scared. There was no insect repellent and it was full of flies, so I didn't feel safe going in and didn't go in for even 5 minutes. When I looked at the comforter the next morning, I found that the area under the brown cover on top of the comforter was full of mold. And I was horrified that I was sleeping there. The next morning, the men and women at the hot springs were not changed even though they had been advised to do so, and the trash in the changing room was still the same as yesterday.Anyway, the smell of mold made me feel sick, so although breakfast was included, I didn't take it, paid 45,600 yen, and left immediately.I really wanted to go home as soon as possible. This may seem like a complaint, but it's all true about the current state of the hotel. I would forget to tell people where the emergency exits were, and there wasn't a single person there, so it was scary.I returned home feeling only sad and regretful. Pathetic.Since then, my mother and I have been filled with disgusting, frustrating, and unpleasant thoughts.

It was very good. The room and public bath had been renovated in a modern manner and were wonderful. With the atmosphere of an old-fashioned hot spring inn, we were able to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in the open-air bath fed by the natural hot spring water, listening to the sounds of cicadas and birds from the greenery of the mountains, and at night, soaking in the hot spring while looking at the starry sky. Oita beefThe sukiyaki and colorful small side dishes were very delicious! The hospitality of the landlady and employees was also very heartfelt and nice! You can also watch videos on SNS, so I decided to check out the previous information! There was no doubt about it!

Musty smell, no emergency exit information,TV image is poorThere is a big gap with the photoThe shabu-shabu meat is thick, and the food is generally good.It was too salty and spicy.Rusty water comes out of the tap. All three sinks in the bathroom on the first floor were rusty.I was looking forward to spring water coffee and cider, but they didn't recommend it.It didn't absorb the sound of the door in the room, so it was noisy every time I closed it.It was an inn with an unusually noticeable negative point. However, I could see that the landlady and others were trying to correct the course.I look forward to improvements commensurate with the cost of accommodation.First of all, please take measures against mold.

Great place with 5 star service. We were greeted outside just before check-in, and were let into our room almost immediately. The meal was phenomenal, and our futons were ready by the time we got back to our room. I highly recommend this place to visitors, but I also highly recommend you speak at least survival Japanese, as the staff will ask you what time you want your meal, and make you a reservation for the Onsen. It's a little expensive during peak season, but it was worth it.

The contents were completely different from the online advertisements and photos, and I was disappointed from the moment I entered. The reception is also bad.I think it would be better to be properly educated. The staff and customers are not friends. I want you to be careful about how you speak when serving customers.Photo advertisement is a scam.I'm disappointed even though I came all the way.

I was unable to separate myself from the narrow road and ended up getting lost in this facility. This was around 8pm, when it was getting dark. A lady employee wearing pink clothes was standing in front of the inn to ask for directions. As soon as I asked, they seemed to realize that I was not a customer of this place, and were turned away at the door! "I don't know." "Maybe we should go downstairs?"I have never used the facility, but the customer service was so disappointing that I don't think I would use it.
