The food is terrible. The service is worse than the taste. Although it is a course meal, the serving is extremely slow. I was so disappointed that I felt irritated while eating. I was detained for two and a half hours and had to eat about six dishes. All of the dishes are small and can be done in 5 minutes, but you will have to wait 30 minutes for the next dish to come out. The children in the other seats got bored and started walking around the room asking, "Still?" Some adults also temporarily left their seats. Every table seat has its own scene and quietness. Even though we wanted to relax in our room, we just waited at the table for no reason. You may be tempted to wonder if he wants to make you drink alcohol.However, alcohol is also expensive. Are you telling me to just drink it without any knobs?If you go 30 minutes before the end of dinner and ask for a batch to be served and eat normally, I think you can finish at the same time as everyone else, so I recommend that.The taste was also normal. I want to tell the rabbit, ``Give me back the precious time I spent traveling.'' At night, the common space was monopolized by regular guests and the owner, and it was completely uncomfortable except for the room.

I went in the summer, and when I checked in at 4 o'clock, the room was still hot and there was no air conditioning, which was a problem.Even when it was time to go to bed at night, the heat didn't go away and I couldn't sleep.All the rice was delicious.

Thank you for your help on February 27th, Mr. and Mrs. Yamamoto and their dog.The food was wonderful and delicious.I came from Osaka and had a great time in Hakuba Village.It was the first time in 20 years that I didn't go skiing.Thank you very much. Thank you very much.

The facility is old,You can get private onsen .The food is really good, it is worth it to go for food only even.

This is a wonderful place to stay, in a beautiful setting and with great access. There is a great living room that can be used to relax. Each room is basic yet perfectly serviceable, the beds are great (mattress with just the right level of firmness, at least for me) and I slept very well. There are few power outlets though, so bring a power strip as needed!What really set this place apart was the dining experience. The dinner in particular was insanely good - basically full course French dining. And the breakfast was excellent and nourishing as well. The food alone is worth the whole price of the stay imo!Plus the lodge is affiliated with the Happo-One paragliding school and I highly recommend doing a tandem flight with them while you're at it :-)

I stayed there on short notice during a 4-day holiday because I was told pets were allowed.To be honest, I don't think it's worth the number of stars, but I think Hakuba's pensions are mainly used by young people to ski and stay at cheap rates, so this is normal.However, the food here was served with the utmost care, and I could feel the dedication they put into it.That's an acceptable number of stars.
