I stayed for one night with two meals in mid-October.I decided on the atmosphere based on the photos and other things without doing any research, so the comfort of the accommodation was a little different than I expected.I felt that this was a room aimed at foreign tourists. The room was spacious, but the second building itself was not locked 24 hours a day, and the room only had a key, so I felt a little uneasy.Additionally, the windows were left open due to the use of air conditioners built into the window frames. Of course, no one was allowed inside, but I could hear the sounds outside and felt the cold.I knew it was going to get cold early, so I contacted the facility staff and had them prepare a heating device (used in mid-October).The cushions and pillows used on the bed had a slightly dusty and damp smell, which bothered me a bit when I slept.Since there was only a shower in the room, I reserved a private bath in the second building. The white bath was spacious and easy to use.The staff were very kind and the building at the front desk was very stylish. The late-night ochazuke and all-you-can-eat wine are delicious, and you can spend your time in a stylish space, so I thought it would be a good space for people who are looking forward to casual encounters while traveling. At Shoya Maruhachi for dinner, all the employees were kind and the food was delicious. I told them in advance that there were some things that I couldn't eat, but they kindly accommodated my request, and I am grateful for that.My mother, who went with me, was also very happy.thank you.We also had breakfast in the building where the front desk is located, and there were about 5 types of menus ranging from hearty dishes to light dishes. We chose a hearty breakfast, and everything was delicious and we were very satisfied. In addition, all of the staff who provided the services were very kind and greeted us with smiles, so we felt at ease.I stayed here with my elderly mother, and I am grateful for the warmth of the staff and the people who provide the food.I wonder if the rooms are a little specialized for young people or people with pets? I felt that.It was a fun experience. thank you very much.

There are plenty of free drinks and food, and you can enjoy a variety of things in the lounge at night. When I went there, they also served sake and prosciutto. The room was clean and spacious, but there was only a shower, so I went to the nearby hot springs.

It's not like an old house, but an abandoned pension that has been renovated on the surface.

This is very helpful for those traveling with pets. It's based on an old folk house, so it's likely to be popular with foreigners.

Located 1.3 km from Iwatake! The building changes depending on the room.Kitchen suite is SanbankanThe room is perfect for just staying the night!I think it feels a little smaller than it looks on the homepage. It's helpful because you can stay with your pet! There is a 7-Eleven within a 5 minute walk.Next to the inn, there is a place where a water wheel turns and spring water comes out of a mound, creating a very nice atmosphere. There is a rest area at the reception desk, and free drinks include juice, barley tea, Nagano prefecture water, and wine. There are hammocks and outdoor chairs where you can relax. The receptionists are very kind! There is a mist sauna that requires reservations. It can accommodate up to 5 people for one hour.Change into your special pajamas, pull a bath towel, and enter. It feels so good! There was also a shower room. The private bath is in a separate location.
