I called because I wanted to inquire about something, but the older man's response was terrible. Are you the owner?Other reviews say that the customer service is positive, but they are only kind to those who are staying there, and are careless about those who are not sure if they will become customers.Never use it.

My partner and I stayed here for 1 week, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been made better if it had a fridge, other than that no complaints about the room. The hotel is in very close proximity to Goryu, about a 10 minute walk away. The shuttle bus stop is also just outside of the hotel which is very convenient to get to Goryu when you don't want to walk. The hotel has a drying room to store your snow gear, easily accessible without walking through the hotel with ski and snowboard. The hotel has a gender separated public bath which was lovely to use after a long day snowboarding. Walking distance to many restaurants and about a 10-15 minute walk away from 7/11. My partner became unwell towards the end of our stay here and the staff were very accommodating and dropped some tea and soup to our room. Thank you ☺️

It is less than 10 minutes walk from the ski resort. The room, dinner, and breakfast were all average, but it was a very comfortable stay with the staff being comfortable and keeping a proper distance from each other.There is no refrigerator in the room. I'm lucky because the heating is divided into strong and weak depending on the room (I have a kerosene stove, so there's generally no problem in the rooms with a weak heating). There was a place outside the room where you could separate the bottles and cans and throw away the trash.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on June 13th and 14th, 2022 for my husband's refreshment vacation.There was a bath and toilet in the room, and although I didn't use the bath because I took a hot spring bath in the large public bath, the bath, toilet, and large public bath in the room were very clean and well-maintained.The room was very spacious and the interior design was very thoughtful and made me feel at ease.The food was very luxurious, using plenty of local ingredients and home-grown vegetables, and lots of meat and fish. The menus for dinner on June 13th, breakfast and dinner on June 14th, and breakfast on June 15th were all different, and they asked us in advance if we had any allergies. The desserts were also very special and delicious.When I took a walk around the area in the morning, I could hear the birds chirping and the air was delicious.I went by rental car, and the parking lot was spacious so I didn't have to worry about finding a place to park my car.It was a hotel that I would definitely like to stay at again.

I have been using it every year for the past few years.Originally, the facility had been thoroughly cleaned, but last year the interior was renovated to make the rooms and common areas more comfortable to spend time in.The host and staff all make you feel welcome.The food is delicious and plentiful and always leaves me full.I would also like to thank you for your help every year.

I usually use it in early March every year.Dinner was more than I could eat, including homemade smoked cheese, aperitifs, and more.Every year there's something new and homemade, and I look forward to it every year.This is a recommended inn in Hakuba Goryu.

The reception was very nice and made me feel at home. I was so satisfied that I couldn't finish the meal.My one request would be if you could take a bath in the morning.
