I stayed here to go to a live performance. Although it is not very close to the station, it is easy to access within walking distance. When I asked for cleaning because I was staying for several nights, she left my valuables that I had accidentally put in a garbage bag on the table. This was really helpful as I didn't realize I had thrown it away. They also have breakfast and happy hour, so if there's an event nearby, I'd like to use it again.

Reserve from the official website.When my plans changed and I tried to cancel, I was dissatisfied with the fact that I couldn't cancel on the official website even though it was 20 days before my scheduled stay.I had no choice but to call, but no one answered even though I kept ringing for over 2 minutes. I didn't know how long I had been waiting before I heard broken Japanese. They didn't apologize for making me wait, and I couldn't understand what they were saying in some parts, but when I told them my name, date of stay, and reservation number, they put me on hold for about a minute. After that, the cancellation was accepted without any problem. In the first place, if I had been able to process the cancellation on the official website, I wouldn't have been so dissatisfied. I think it's more a problem with the hotel system or the manager than with the staff.

I recommend it as a weddingIt is a bit far away from the crowded Namba area.The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.It's a bit narrow for a single room, but it's not bad if you're the type of person who just sleeps while traveling!

I think the location is good as it is close to the shopping street.There were three washing areas in the public bath, but there were no other users, so it wasn't a problem.For breakfast, there are many options for fried foods, but there is also a good variety of vegetables.The good thing about Honmachi is that it is quieter than Umeda or Namba.

I used this hotel because it was a relatively reasonable place to stay, and it lived up to my expectations.The lobby and rooms are clean and there are no signs of wear and tear as it is a relatively new hotel.The room is not that big and the table is a bit lacking in depth, but there is a side table next to the bed, which is useful even when you are spending time in bed. It is difficult to bring large suitcases as there is no place to put them.Breakfast is average. There is nothing particularly noteworthy about the menu types and tastes, and I would be happy if the kushikatsu were served warm if possible.The location is not very good. Located between Honmachi and Shinsaibashi Stations on the Midosuji Line, no matter which direction you walk, you will be traveling north and south through Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. There is an arcade so you don't have to worry too much about rain.There is no problem with customer service, but there are few smiles.

First of all, I am grateful that you are still able to offer your stay at a relatively reasonable price, even though accommodation rates in Osaka city are currently on the rise.However, compared to a few years ago, I felt that there were some cuts in the service content. for example●Happy hour dice curry service(However, some customers do not adhere to one drink per person.As such cases overlap, the hotel's goodwill ends.Will I end up in a situation where I have no choice but to do so? I guessed that)-Disposable slippers are no longer available (previously, both regular and disposable slippers were available)●Books in front of the front desk are gone.Such.However, although the price is reasonable, the reason why this inn is so relaxing is that they provide time and space for you to relax outside of your room, such as a large public bath and happy hour service. Kushikatsu and takoyaki were prepared for breakfast and they were delicious. You get one drink per person, but foreign travelers were refilling many drinks, so I thought there should be some kind of warning. Free massage chairs, public bath and service were very good.

Cheaper than the market price of surrounding business hotels.It's enough for people who just want to stay and sleep for the time being.Breakfast is also included.The reason for the low rating is because even though I was only staying for one night, when I entered the room, there were many hairs on the bed.There were a lot of unidentified hairs on the sheets of the comforter, and it was disgusting.It may have belonged to the person who makes the bed, but I still think it's terrible.

I checked in for business around 10pm. It was from the subway, so it was about 5 minutes from Honmachi Station.There were other business hotels lined up near the shopping street.I didn't have any particular hesitation.The room is a typical business hotel.There is also a large public bath on the first floor, which is useful when you are tired.
