I was treated very kindly and had a comfortable stay.I had forgotten something on the way home, but they waited for me until I finished skiing and gave it to me.The delicious Nozawa Nazuke was also a great souvenir.I would like to repeat it again.

Stayed here for 6 nights and checked out yesterday. Definitely recommended. So far one of the best stays for travelling.Room was quite nice and comfortable, service arranged perfectly and nice staff and owner.Gondola and chairlift are just in front and 1 mins walk to convenient store.Dinner was super nice and every night we have different things from Shabu shabu to hotpot and then sukiyaki, beef pork chicken are all nice. Breakfast was standard, but sufficient for those who skiing all day skipping lunch.Lift tickets, Skiing rental here are really good price.During weekend a bit busy but in the lounge there is chocolate served and my kid loved it.Hot bath also good to help to release after all day skiing. My wife told me the water in the lady side was a bit too hot.Several times I saw the gentlemen cleaning the boots slippers very carefully in the basement, really amazed. Thanks a lot Aya san

2024/2/20As promised, my husband and I visited again during the white season for two nights skiing. The first day was sunny and spring-like, and the Hakuba Sanzan, Mt. Goryu, Kashimayari, and the Otari Sanzan across the Hime River valley were beautifully visible. On the second day, the gas was heavy and it started to rain lightly (!) in the afternoon, but we thoroughly enjoyed skiing. Like last time, both dinner and breakfast were wonderful and energizing. The library corner in the corner of the lobby, lined with wonderful books, was a very pleasant surprise. I would like to express my gratitude once again to the owner's family for their hospitality. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable. This time was the peak of the number of customers, so I will talk with the host again next time.2023/7/18My husband and I fled the extremely hot Kanto region just before the end of the rainy season and stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful three days. thank you. The wife's hospitality and the young son's quick service made us feel comfortable, and we were surprised to learn that the water in the village would get cold the next day when the weather was sunny and the snow melted. I couldn't even finish the meal. The host's stories ranged from the region, mountains and remaining snow, flora and fauna, climate changes, and even the temperament of the Shinshu people, and I really enjoyed them. In May 2008, we took a helicopter to Tenguhara and skied down, but this time we took a gondola and ropeway on Chunichi, walked back and forth to Tenguhara, and went to Tsugaike Nature Park. I also enjoyed the irises (the irises were beautiful). Although we couldn't get rid of the mountain gas, it was a great experience. Next time, I would like to visit you during the white season and continue the conversation with your husband.

It's a very Japanese-style hotel. You can ski in ski out. The service, food and people are very good. Except for the Internet, there are some flaws.

In terms of location, I believe this is the best ski-in-ski-out inn in the Tsugaike ski resort. The distance to the gondola is nice for both going down or climbing up. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. In terms of service, all the staff are friendly and always give us the best service. The meals are delicious. The whole inn is clean and comfortable. In terms of rooms, the rooms are neat and with toilets and a shower. I lived in 102 and the view of the ski resort was beautiful, the room was so big and had a living room too other than a bedroom with 4 single beds.Overall it was one of the best experiences I had.
