I used the private sauna "Sauna A" for a day trip. After checking in, a staff member will accompany you to your room and explain how to use it, making it easy to understand and use it smoothly! As soon as I entered the room, I was surprised to see the staff running the faucet as hard as they could to fill the bathtub with water.By the time the explanation was over and I had thoroughly enjoyed my first time in the sauna, the bathtub was almost full, as it was small. It was tap water, so it wasn't very cold. (Maybe it's cold in winter?)The water bath is completely sized for one person and may be cramped for large people. However, perhaps because the sauna room accommodates up to three people, there is enough space with two tiers, making it a satisfying high-temperature sauna. It's also good to be able to self-lower! However, the handle of the ladle is plastic and gets hot! It's Acchichi.Since there is no cold water bath and no indoor or outdoor air bath, I can't expect it to be ``totono''.The sauna, shower, cold bath, and indoor chair are all in one compact space, so some people might enjoy it, but personally I felt it was a little unsatisfying. The chair for resting may look stylish, but the downside is that it doesn't recline and is hard. However, it was fun to connect to the indoor Bluetooth and listen to your favorite music in the sauna.◆What is included in the serviceOne drink per person (Pokari, tea, water)Aroma for Self-Low Ryubath towel, matShampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, etc.*The containers are all so stylish that it's hard to tell what's inside.dryerThere is also a hair dryer in the powder corner (2 washbasins) outside the private room, so if you can't get ready in time, you can use it.You can use it here, but it's not in an air-conditioned room but in a hallway, so depending on the weather on the day you use it, it might be difficult to use.It was midsummer the day I used it, so I was drenched in sweat (ノД`) Shikshi…I used it at the opening price of 3,000 yen,Is 4,000 yen per person, 120 minutes a bit expensive? I felt that. That said, I was left with a good impression of the polite and friendly staff, and I hope they do their best.

I often use it on family ski trips, and it's very convenient as it's close to the ticket center and gondola boarding area. This is my 4th time staying here, including summer. However, the facilities and services are constantly evolving. You can now enjoy plenty of fresh vegetables for breakfast, a new drying room of sufficient size has been built, and the best part is that the sauna is also open. There is no need to go to the hot springs anymore. Also, this time I wanted to prepare a cake as it coincided with my child's birthday, but the staff were very kind and accommodating, making it a wonderful memory. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you.

I stayed here for one night on March 16-17, 2024. What a wonderful inn! The sauna was the best, not only was it clean, but the cold bath, shower, and amenities were perfect. The slopes are right next to you, so you can enjoy skiing from the very beginning in the morning! We were a family of 4 and everyone was satisfied! The prices are reasonable, the homemade granola for breakfast, and the friendly staff are great memories! I will definitely go again ^_^

We went to this restaurant for our friend's birthday. The food was great ! the waiter was smiling and kind.A part from that, meal arrived randomly one by one.At the end we paid around 16000+ yen for three, even tho I did not got my lemon homemade drink it was fine, just overpriced. When we left they kindly gave us a card for free fried chicken. Before we left Tsugaike we went there and they did not wanted us to use the card without any extra order. So we ordered a drink after 15 min of negociation and in the end it took more than 30 min (even tho the restaurant is half empty) so we had to leave to take our bus.I was not willing to write a comment about this place because it was very expensive for what it is but the waiter was kind and food was good, despite a random service. But the attitude they had toward us like we were just some low quality guest...

Excellent property located right at the base of Tsugaike mountain (in my opinion the best resort in the Hakuba Valley). The staff were incredible, most spoke english or had enough english language skills to answer any questions. The people make the place and staff here were really exceptional. I stayed in a dorm room whihc are laid out well "capsule style" which gives you alot of privacy and seperation from the other guests in your room. The facilities were super clean, like scrubbed daily. Breakfast was great; coffee was SUPER strong. There is a small meeting room available if you need some privacy for work calls. The drying room stays hot all night long and gear was always super dry in the morning. There is also a kitchen were you can cook for yourself if you need to. Also laundry machines and dryers available. The bus stop from Nagano/Narita is almost at the front door of the hotel and the bus to get to the other resorts in the area is a 2 minute walk away from the front door. My only complaint was that the wifi was pretty weak, had trouble streaming video more than once but was capable of uploading youtube videos thought it did take a little longer. overall I HIGHLY recommend the UnPlan Hakuba. I didn't want to leave and would 100% stay again. You will not regret staying here
