My stay at Zen Chalets Hakuba was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings of Hakuba, this villa offers a perfect blend of serenity and convenience.Zen Chalets is conveniently located near the gondola and restaurants.Attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the accommodation, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the amenities provided.Belen and Joaquin, our hosts, were extremely welcoming, attentive and proactive, ensuring a memorable stay.I would highly recommended Zen Chalets for a relaxing yet adventure-filled getaway in Hakuba.

We spend 4 nights here together with another family! Great place, close to Happo one gondola, and walking distance to many restos. The villa was nice clean and comfortable!

We traveled by car and there were clear instructions for our visit. When we first arrived, the road was icy and we almost slipped, so they took the initiative to remove the ice from the door. Hospitality. We will come again.

We stayed in the Mitsu Chalet and it was perfect for our family getaway. The staff picked us up from the train station when we arrived and gave us a tour through Harpo-One on the way to the Chalet. They also did a complimentary trip to the grocery store on our first night so we could stock up for our stay. My husband got sick while we were away and the staff provided a care package of cold and flu medicine which was amazing. The chalet was amazing and the staff were even better. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely awesome place to stay in Happo One, Hakuba! we stayed in the Mitsu Chalet and can highly recommend it. Everyone we were involved with was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Even when we had some challenges they were able assist on the run and helped us out tremendously. The only thing we would say is that even though it sleeps 8, if everybody had snow gear itmight get a bit tight. But having just 4 of us, it worked out really well.

Amazing hosts in every way! They even gave us a ride to the train station. We had a party of 7 and a lot of luggage. They picked us up with two vans both with very helpful friendly drivers! I would highly recommend staying with them!

Incredible stay in Hakuba - close to everything and ride in/out from the hill at Happo. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and accommodation is luxurious and convenient. Will definitely be back!!
