This place is a complete disaster…Firstly, the rooms are dirty (mold and insects in the bathroom and no bed linen). We were in room 108. It was very loud there in the morning because the room is directly under the restaurant and the chairs started being pushed around at 6 a.m. 👎 Secondly, the service that is promised is not true at all. For example, the fact that there should be food all day long was simply not true. There were only certain times when the kitchen was occupied. In addition, the food is generally terribly bad. It's super greasy, consists almost entirely of finished products and it just doesn't taste good.I can't understand how this place can have so few bad reviews. It almost feels like they are deleting them.This accommodation is definitely not recommended.

We booked this accommodation for August months before and paid for it at a later date. Four days before arrival, we received a private chat message from the property saying they had made a mistake and our booking had to be canceled. There was no response to our request for the official cancellation via the booking website and receipt of our money. Therefore we had to drive to the accommodation and demand our money in cash. That worked. However, they first wanted to send us to another, cheaper accommodation that was already fully booked. Even with a change in management, such short-term cancellations and the lack of any willingness to communicate are very unfair to guests.

Very very slow when serving meals. They bring you one dish and half an hour later the other. We waited almost an hour for breakfast, thank goodness we weren't in a hurry. The wifi didn't work. The rooms are very good, clean and good looking.

We loved staying at Rostika Hotel. If you are looking for a quiet escape from overwhelming tourist activities and crowds, this is the place. It is located in a small, friendly village. The hotel has its own small waterfall and hiking path, offering amazing views! The employees are very helpful, especially Ani and Kendra. A couple of things to consider:* The roads are challenging.* The shower was not sparkling clean at the beginning, but when I requested extra care, it was better taken care of.

All perfect here. Staff Is very kind, restaurant Is good, nice breakfast that you can eat also around the beautiful pool. Room are nice and the cleanest that i met in Indonesia, bed Is confortable. Position is perfect to visit the Sekumpul falls. Is probably the best ratio quality/price that i had in my life since i paid 17 euro.My rate Is 10/10, i have really no notes about this structure

We stayed at this resort for four nights to explore the northern part of Bali, and it was simply wonderful. The resort is stunning, locted in nature with beautiful views. You can hear the sounds of wildlife, which adds to the serene atmosphere. Although the beach is a 30-minute drive away, the scenic surroundings make the journey enjoyable. There are several waterfalls to visit nearby, and watching the sunset from the resort was a magical experience. The location is perfect for nature lovers and those looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The service was top. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure all our needs were met. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding great value to our stay. Our room looked just like the description—comfortable and well-equipped. The option to watch Netflix was a nice touch, providing entertainment for relaxing evenings. You definitely need a motorbike to get around, which can be rented directly from the resort. This made exploring the area convenient and fun.We highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful nature, excellent service, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway in northern Bali. We would definitely return. Thank you for a memorable stay!
