There were many children in the large group, soI didn't have to worry about making noise in the room because I rented out the entire building, and it was comfortable in the large living room.

Excellent 4 bedroom house for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids. Amenities were really nice, the place is huge compared to any other stay we've been to. It's in the snow resort town of Hakuba so the place has heated floors and other things necessary for the winter. The kitchen is really fancy with a lot of utensils to cook. It was raining when we stayed and the place for perfect for a staycation. The garden outside has a tarp for BBQ. Lot of space to run around with pets. There is a Lawson nearby and a big supermarket a few kms away.

Stylish modern chalets. Good location made even better by the amazingly helpful shuttle bus crew. And great to be able to use the Hakuba Hotel Onsen and Sauna. All good

The room was kept very clean, and the kitchen and dining table were large, so we were able to enjoy a meal like we were at a luxurious home party.You can see the beautiful Hakuba mountains as you walk around the chalet.It's close to Happo-no-Yu and Echoland, so I was very satisfied with it, so I would like to use it again when staying in Hakuba.

My family and dog stayed with me. I made a reservation based on the reviews, and it turned out to be just that.I was able to spend a comfortable time with the simple interior and all the necessary equipment.Especially if you have underfloor heating throughout the house, even in the shower room.This was great!The snow quality was excellent, and both the children and dog had fun playing in front of the chalet.I would definitely use it again.

It was a very beautiful vacation rental. Originally, we only had one dog, but after consulting with them in advance, we were able to accommodate multiple dogs with friends and family for an additional fee.I stayed for 2 nights in a 4-bed room, and every room had air conditioning, and there was floor heating in the living room (although I didn't use it because I stayed in the summer). There were also four toilets, one with a shower only, and two baths with bathtubs, so I was able to spend a comfortable time without having to wait for a bath or toilet. The kitchen had all the daily necessities such as IH, dishwasher, simple coffee maker, rice cooker, pot, tabletop stove and pot, toaster, and microwave. When I asked the hotel staff about detergent for the dishwasher, they brought it right away. There were enough cups, plates, pots, colanders, and cutlery.It was quite spacious and the dogs were running around.I could see ski jumps nearby, and it was within walking distance, there were restaurants nearby, and there were supermarkets and convenience stores by car, so I didn't have any problems at all.The only thing I thought was that the bed was a little hard (although this may be a personal preference), and the single room was a little small.Other than that, they were really kind to me, and I was able to complete everything via email, and if there was anything I needed, I was able to communicate with them on LINE.I was able to spend a really comfortable vacation. thank you very much. It's quite far away, so I can't go there often, but if I ever go again, I'd definitely choose a vacation rental here.

Great experience and affordable. If need a place to stay with friends, family or a loved one, this is the place to go! Hakuba Hotel Group is the gold standard for hospitality in Hakuba! One of the best experiences in I’ve had on vacation. We’ll definitely go again!

In February, deep snow outside but inside the chalet was very comfortably warm. The under floor heating was great
