I arrived late, the building is very beautiful, I didn't find anything to eat on site, I asked the manager if he would sell me a "cup noddle", the manager accepted, came back with a plate, some fruit, a cup noddle and refuses to let me pay anything. There aren't enough stars for this much kindness.

2023/12/27Stayed here for photography work at Shirakabako Royal Hill Ski Resort. It's cheap and a hit! Inn. (Book on Agoda)There is a unit bath in the room, and the entire building is non-smoking, with smoking areas outside the entrance. There is a parking lot in front. The Yakogamine Hotel, which is the closest to the ski resort, has very old facilities and the lodging fees are very high (even the food alone is very expensive!!), so it's not worth it.Also, according to people who stayed at the cheap hotel B◯Khail right next door, the heating didn't work and it was cold, which was a big disappointment. When using Royal Hill Ski Resort, please be careful as there are many inns in the area that are disappointing. This "Petit Hotel Kurumi and Milk" is cheap, clean, and comfortable. The owner is also friendly and easy to talk to, and is kind enough to keep my wet shoes warm and dry next to the stove. This is the best accommodation in the area.Hope this helps.

I'm surprised that the price is normal even during Obon.Stayed for one night as a couple. Open for overnight stays only. The room I stayed in was a twin room with a single bed and was small, but it had a 50-inch wall-mounted TV, and a unit bath and toilet. There is no refrigerator in the room, it is shared. There is no air conditioning, but given the altitude (1,515m), a screen door was sufficient at night. The staff also have a good sense of distance.

My husband and I used this hotel on our way to Niigata for work. The reason I chose it was because it was cheap. It seemed to be especially cheap since it was a weekday. Due to this situation, I checked in late at night, but I was grateful for their prompt response. He is a kind and wonderful host. I was very satisfied with the reasonably sized twin room with a bathroom and toilet, which was very clean and had the cuteness of a pension. A blower, stove and amenities are also provided. It was midsummer, but it was cool enough that I didn't need an air conditioner. Parking in front of the building. There is a daytime convenience store 2 minutes away by car. The surrounding area is a villa area and is surrounded by a forest of white birch trees. Although it's a bit up the mountain, it's quiet and feels like a summer resort. We also encountered deer and foxes. Next time I'd definitely like to take it more slowly.

I stayed here while going to Mt. Tateshina. Cute from the outside. It was lit up at night and was beautiful. I made a reservation for three people, but on the day I was able to get an upgraded room and was able to stay in a larger room. There was a large TV in the room. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the common space on the first floor. There are also two cats whose owners are very kind and shy. It was a very quiet and comfortable accommodation. It would have been nice if the room had amenities. I would like to use it again when I go nearby.

I stayed at Venus Line Touring from Kansai. The room was clean and well equipped. Even though I arrived late, the owner took good care of me and it was a great trip. I'm sure I'll be returning again. I'll be visiting again soon. Thank you very much.
