Extremely convenient location about 3 minutes walk from Yunomine Onsen Bus Stop. The room was massively HUGE, comfortable and overall a very homely feeling. Meals provided was very yummy and servings could feed an Army! Private Onsen was the icing on the cake! Highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Yunomine and enjoy a private onsen! The host Takazuki-San gave us a warm welcome and excellent service! The home-grown vegetarian food tasted wonderful. We were very spoiled! Arigato!Li and Otto from Austria

Taiwanese, two boys staying one nightThe boss is very kind and the food is delicious. The boss is quite reserved and will help with laundry. The hot spring space is sufficient. The bathroom has a relatively primitive rock design, which should be considered by people with limited mobility.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Our room was massive and very comfortable. There were lots of bugs in the area, so it was great to have a mosquito net. The mattress was very comfortable. The host was incredible. He made us an amazing dinner and breakfast. Dinner was one of the best meals we had in Japan.

The food was very delicious. As you can see in the photo, the dishes included boiled beans, stewed pumpkin, eggplant dengaku, lightly pickled cucumbers, potato salad, and chicken and potatoes, all of which were very ordinary Japanese home-cooked dishes, but they all tasted great. I can't make any of them this delicious. The indoor bath also had hot springs flowing directly from the source and was very comfortable. The host of the inn was a very kind person. I left something behind at the hotel when I left, but it was very helpful that I was able to have it delivered right to the bus stop where I was waiting for the bus.

The special location in the Kii Mountains in the onsen town of Yunomine underlines the Japanese character of the accommodation. With the private onsen, this accommodation becomes a great ryokan. The food was very tasty. There is also a very good bus connection to the nearby Hongu Shrine. The hiking route over the mountain is also possible.
