As for the view of the villa, it's good, the rooms are okay, standard for the price, but here's what I'm annoyed about, why is the service so bad? Why are only foreigners being served well? Why do local residents do the opposite? Please improve the service, because I paid there and it wasn't free either. Especially for the person at the cashier, he wasn't very friendly, he already knew I had finished eating but why was he the only woman being served while I was like the wind and he didn't care. Thank you, please follow up again for your service

Wonderful place to stay if you want to explore the Munduk area. The villa itself has everything you need: swimming pool, massages, morning yoga (free) and delicious food. It is clean and spacious. What we really liked was that they had good tips for activities in the area and also arranged this for us. They also have a free shuttle service to Munduk center.The staff was great. Nova was very happy to think along with us if we had any questions.

Villa Ipsa is beautifully situated in a quiet area of Munduk. The rooms are nice and clean, nice balcony. Good restaurant, nice swimming pool, very sweet and kind people who can arrange everything for you. There is free transport to the waterfalls route, highly recommended!Staff is great, Nova is happy to help you with everything. I can recommend Villa Ipsa to everyone!!

What an amazing experience did i have staying at this hotel! If you want to see real nature, go to munduk and book Villa Ipsa! The view was beautiful and the hotel rooms where very big and clean. The bed was the best i have slept in in whole bali. The staff was also very kind.Now, let’s talk about the person who makes this hotel the best: NOVA! This young boy can speak such good English and he helps with everything. It started with him helping me to carry my luggage the evening i arrived. The next morning he gave me a tour at the hotel farm (amazing!). The next day i unfortunately got sick… buy Nova helped to make healty juices, herbal tea, brought me to the pharmacy etc. And yes, all this he did for free! Nova knows so well how to treat guests and he is always so positive. He will never ask for anything and he always provides the best service. He took great care of me while being sick✨. Thanks Nova! And to all the other staff: you where all so kind and anything i asked for, got arranged: scooter, laundry, food to my room, taxi at night etc. Thanks a lot😇!

We spent 2 nights at Villa Ipsa.We really enjoyed these two timeless days, in a magnificent setting and had a very warm welcome (thank you Nova for your kindness).We recommend this hotel if you like authenticity, calm and tranquility.We spent a day with Putu, the driver who took us to the places we chose and who advised us. I highly recommend following his advice to have a great day.The yoga class was great and so was the massage.The rooms are spacious, you should not expect a luxury bathroom but for the price of the room and the beauty of the place you cannot put it below 5 stars.We recommend and will come back.

Top notch service and staff. Very kind and helpful.The location must be taken into account before booking, if you are looking for an isolated place it is perfect.Big downside: the smell of stale water or mold in the rooms
