Good accommodationThe staff is courteous and the rooms are neat and clean.Since this is a hotel where you can stay without meals, you will receive instructions on nearby restaurants.Wi-Fi was also available.

I visit Kii Katsuura regularly and use it solo. The rooms have been renovated and are comfortable. I was also surprised to see that the windows were triple-layered. A long time ago, I visited Khabarovsk in the Soviet Union, which is famous for its extremely cold winters, but this was the first time I had seen triple-paned windows. The hostess was friendly and polite, but I felt that her hospitality was lacking, as she made me park my motorcycle at the edge of the parking lot even though the parking lot was empty (5 out of 7 spaces were empty). In terms of price, it's the standard these days. After weighing up the pros and cons, I'll give a total rating of 3 stars.

Conveniently located just a short walk from Katsuura Station.There are many plants at the entrance and even on the stairs, which is soothing.The room is clean and looks like a regular business hotel, with an air conditioner, refrigerator, and TV, as well as a desk and chair.The double room is spacious. I get new towels and other items every day, so I only use what I need.The range is shared. There are washing machines and dryers on the roof, and you can either bring your own detergent and fabric softener, or ask the hotel staff, who will sell them to you in single-use quantities.A comfortable hotel. The staff are also very kind and nice.The rooms are European-style and classy and elegant.The reception area on the 1st floor is large, so it's a good place to have a conversation before checking in or having a conversation with someone.If I had to say it, I'd be happy to have a mug in my room. The teacup is small.Some people don't take out the washer/dryer immediately after it's finished, so I'd like them to put a sign on it to remind them to set a timer and take it out immediately.

Regular lodgingThey welcomed me with a ``welcome home'' and they remembered my previous request (to borrow a bath cleaning set for consecutive stays) and made preparations.The third floor has a bathroom with a dryer, and the water area is comfortable.

I used it during the February holidays.The guy at the reception was very polite and gave me recommendations on places to eat and hot springs.In the other roomThe plumbing was new and clean.It's close to Nachikatsuura Station and is recommended.
