Having big room for 3 family members together to stay and having a good sleep because of a comfortable bed on the ground. The guest house keeper, Tommy is a nice guy and also solved some questions. The guests could go to eat dinner in the restaurant or buying something in the convenience store in a valley just across the street.Although we didn't go to Tommy and Nana's coffee stop this time, it still drew me some attention and made me want to have a good afternoon tea.Lastly, the room's toilet with Snoopy theme is so cute!

The cleanliness and courtesy of the host impressed us greatly. As soon as we arrived the owner welcomed us and immediately explained what there would be to see, giving us several tips (we arrived on the evening of the start of the Obon and the Koyasan cemetery is filled with candles and remains open so we can enjoy its magnificence). Furthermore, next to the apartment there is a café also owned by them which offers a breakfast with croissants and coffee (coffee! The one in the small cup that we love so much!). Recommended and we will definitely return

The location is in an alley, but not difficult to find. The entrance to the B&B is a gap between the two buildings. The host's service was good and the room was comfortable, but there was no breakfast. The coffee restaurant is currently closed. The owner and his wife are too tired and need a rest, so they are a little disappointed.I hope to increase the manpower and open the coffee restaurant again in the future. This time I stayed in a room on the first floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows opened into other people's backyards, so basically the curtains were not suitable for opening, which was another minor drawback.

We stayed overnight at Koyasan guest house in June and we can't recommend this place enough. The rooms were clean, futons comfortable and the host very accommodating. We had a small emergency that required a late check out and the host was very understanding. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
