I came with my family. My son had downsyndrome and is autistic and with these challenges it was still great. It’s really really cool and I will be back! He speaks English too! I have lived in Japan for 17 years and I can tell that the food is second to none. Go the sashimi! Also try and sake as it’s all local. If you want a real kick walk up to the old lighthouse which is not there anymore but you will see how Japan unfortunately is these days. An abandoned hotel and a Canadian Museum which is closed down but still holds loads inside apparently. It’s quite odd but i loved it.

Stayed here while cycling around Japan. The story of the owner (who participated in the SUP World Championships), who is full of love for his hometown, was interesting. Delicious local food and drinks. A tasteful old folk house.

I go there for dinner on anniversaries and holidays. It's simply delicious. I always go there like I'm going home. The photo shows the requested sashimi with spiny lobster. It was so tenderAlso, you'll be lucky if the Shiratori Shoten across the street is empty! Sweets are the best.
