I’m not sure why this hotel has low google reviews. The location is close to the station. The staff are very nice. It has a great selection of personal ammenities to choose from. The room size while small and compact is clean and functional. The tv has roomcast so you can stream from your phone. You get a free token each day to get a drink from the vending machine.

Close to the station and the rooms are clean.There are many rental items, and it is comparable to a certain Ba○an hotel.Unfortunately, it is a unit bath and there is no large public bath.There is an affiliated parking lot, but you can't get in and out, so if you stay for several nights and don't go sightseeing on the way, you will have trouble finding a parking lot, so please be careful.

Since we arrived late and left early in the morning, we considered a capsule hotel, but chose this hotel because it was in a good location and reasonably priced. Although the room was minimal, it had a stylish atmosphere and was sufficient as I was staying without meals. The location is excellent as you can get to Nagano Station in 2-3 minutes.

It was conveniently located near Nagano Station and the facilities were clean and nice. The service and amenities such as welcome drinks and donuts were very good.However, if you drive by car and use the navigation from the station side,I was on my wayEven though it was a one-way street, I was guided from the opposite direction many times.I had a hard time getting there, so I found out that the access guide states that it is a one-way street and that trespassing is prohibited.It might help.

The response from the front desk was very kind and I was happy. The rooms have been completely renovated and are as clean as if they were newly built. In front of the front desk, various items such as pillows used at the hotel were displayed to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast had more variety than I expected and was delicious. I was a little disappointed that there was no rice for breakfast.

Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean, cheap and comfortable. The key point is that the staff were really attentive and helped me find a local chartered car company so that I could go to Kamikochi with my family, leaving me with very unforgettable memories. The driver was also very good. All this is due to the help of the hotel staff. I am really grateful and I like this hotel very much. It gave me a very good impression of Nagano. It’s really a great place. I recommend everyone to travel to Nagano!

The American breakfast was very good. The seasonings were all things you wouldn't normally taste, but the couple found them very delicious. There were many types of bread and I was satisfied. By the way, there is no rice. It was the right decision to stay mainly for breakfast.The breakfast venue is small, so I recommend going early or taking your time.Although the hotel was located in front of the station, I was able to spend the entire stay quietly and comfortably. It was compact but clean and nice. It was worth the price.It's right in front of the station, so it's the perfect hotel for sightseeing.

In order to participate in a drinking party that was suddenly organized near the station, it was difficult to find a vacant room due to the long holidays during the summer vacation, but I was able to make a reservation through an overseas website.I thought it would be difficult to find a parking lot, so I parked at a coin parking lot a little far away that I had parked at before, but I was wondering if I could use the parking lot? Since you asked me this, perhaps there is a parking lot that we are affiliated with.The entrance is a bit confusing as it is lined up with a sushi restaurant and a ramen restaurant (I went inside first and was waiting for Torenraku, but I didn't know where it was and Torrenraku entered), but the front desk was clean. There are many types of amenities, but you can choose what you like. The toothbrush was also very sturdy.When you take the elevator to the guest room floor and enter the room, it feels clean and more than adequate.The bed is a little small, but it's close to bars and the station, so I'd use it again.

There was only a smoking room available, so I stayed in one, but I didn't smell any cigarettes and had a very comfortable stay.It's not particularly good or bad, so if the price is cheaper than others, it's a recommended hotel.It's a little far from the station, but it's cozy and comfortable.However, you have to wait in line for breakfast, and it's small, so it might be better not to add it. There are department stores and convenience stores nearby, so it might be a good idea to buy some food and eat it in your room.

Don't really know why the rating is Google is so low. I stayed here on vaction for 2 nights and I can say it's one of the best hotels I stayed in Japan. Sure it's not the newest hotel around nor it is the most luxurious, but our room was spacious and comfortable.The staff were very friendly and helpful. AC was cold and the water was strong. Location is strategic, just a crosswalk away from shopping/ food centers, and also the Nagano main station.And of course the amenities! They had a section on pretty much anything you may need. You have your basic amenities but on top of that, you even have a dozen of choices for shampoo and soaps, bath salts, and even different choices of pillows.I can really feel and appreciate the hotel's efforts in making us feel like home there.
