This is a business hotel located in front of the station. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean. The changing room in the bathroom is small, so it may be difficult to get into the bathroom. I couldn't get into the parking lot because it was full, but the hotel introduced me to a 24-hour coin parking lot for 700 yen.

It felt like it was new. Front 1st floor. The large communal bath for women is located at the back of the first floor (the coin laundry is located in the large communal bath with 1 washing machine (purchase detergent for 50 yen at the front desk), 1 dryer, and 1 washing machine with dryer (detergent included).The large communal bath for men is 2nd floor and vending machine. You can check the public bath, coin laundry, and breakfast crowd on the 1st floor. Paid parking available. Use the underground passage between the department stores next to JR Wakayama Station. I went to the hotel. It was a straight line near the express bus stop, and it was easy to find. There was Mebari Sushi, Champon Izakaya, and Yakiniku restaurants in the room. Samue and slippers were provided in the room. There was an app on the TV, but I didn't use it because it was a pain to log in.I thought it would be easier if I was logged in at the hotel.It was very crowded. I thought it would be nice to have more baskets in the public bath when I was leaving.I was disappointed that there was no tea available at the breakfast area.It was convenient to have several suitcases that could be locked.

First visit on Saturday, October 5, 2024. I used it to visit Wakayama shrines. It will be on the opposite side of Wakayama's downtown area. You can go to the west side in less than 10 minutes from the hotel, so it's acceptable. It's a new hotel, and all the facilities from the entrance were new and comfortable. The hotel has a large natural hot spring bath where you can relax and enjoy the hot springs. Of course, the guest rooms were also comfortable with air conditioners and charging connectors. I also felt that the amenities in the guest rooms were very complete, including lotion and emulsion. On the other hand, there is a charge for parking, 1000 yen for flat parking and 700 yen for multi-storey parking.

It was freshly made and absolutely perfect.There were so many different kinds of breakfast, I was spoiled for choice and ended up eating way too much. They had homemade zaru tofu and it was extremely delicious.The room was spacious and had a sofa and table, making it a comfortable space. The air purifier was powerful and the air was clean◎There was also a hot spring, and I was able to enjoy it to my heart's content from 2:00 in the evening until 5:00 in the morning. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
