After staying for a few more nights, let me start with my conclusion: the scenery is perfect, there are many group guests, the hotel’s hardware facilities are old, cleaning needs to be strengthened, and you can stay one night to experience the Forgotten Cave.transportation:By car, you need to park in the designated parking lot about 5 minutes' drive from the hotel, and then take the shuttle bus. You can choose to get off at Zhanqiao Pier and take a boat to the hotel, or take the shuttle bus directly to the hotel.Taking a boat to the hotel is very unique, but in fact it is recommended to take it once to enjoy the scenery. You have to carry your luggage to the shuttle bus first, and then carry it out of the car from the pier to the boat to the hotel, which is really inconvenient. In addition, the hotel's shuttle bus does not have a special rear compartment space for luggage. It is very inconvenient to get in and out of a suitcase that is larger than a boarding suitcase. You can only put your luggage on the seat or even on the aisle. Most of the hotel service staff go up and down. Even my old grandfather cannot help carry the luggage, so passengers must move it up and down by themselves.Room:I stayed in the main hotel and the mountain hotel in rooms with sea views. The views were impeccable. However, the rooms were old and had a slight musty smell and dust. At this price, I cannot accept this level of cleanliness. I seriously recommend this hotel. You might consider renovating the interior. If we stayed in a Japanese-style room, the scheduled bed-making time was from 18:00 to 21:00. One night, we waited until almost 21:00... In the next few days, we made our own beds.spa:It has a smell, but it depends on whether you can accept it. Since there are many group tourists, there are always many people in Wangguidong and Xuanwudong bathhouses... Only the bathhouses limited to residents of the mountain hall can get a moment of peace.Meals:When I made the reservation, I read a lot of reviews and didn't recommend meals, so I just booked accommodation without meals. If you don't care, Lawson in the hotel has very long opening hours, and the lunch boxes, rice balls, and sandwiches are fully stocked, so basically you don't have to worry about going hungry.Serve:I can’t say it’s good or bad, maybe because the hotel is too big, there are too many guests, and the service staff have to deal with too many passengers every day. The lobby is basically always full of tourists... I can appreciate the hard work of the service staff.

The only positive is its location which was perfect for a magical day visiting the Nachi waterfall, temples and Kumano Kodo trail.  …

This place is pretty sweet. The onsens are very nice but no cold pools which was a let down. Fun acitivities like arcade and ping pong. Breakfast buffet is decent. For dinner you have to make reservations beforehand or you can’t get in anywhere. Luckily there’s a Lawson at the property so you can eat there.
